A huge, multi-story, science museum. There's not much hands-on stuff, unless you pay extra, but the exhibits are very good. The rain forest exhibit was very impressive.
Located on the top of a hill, it's a bit of a hike from the metro, but worth it!

The museum is fantastic for children and not so children. Everything can be manipulated without fear of breaking or spoiling anything.
The rooms are perfectly equipped with all kinds of examples with the explanation on the side so that the child and adults can understand what they are seeing.
Outside there is a large patio where you can go out for a snack or have a coffee.

My two year old loved this!! As a LaCaixa banker I was able to enter for free which made it even sweeter. It's not the biggest museum. But there is quite a bit of hands on activities to do. I can see it growing with my son as he as able to experience and understand more. He loved the fish and the robots. it is also nice that he can run and be loud with out disturbing anyone.

To spend the day is fantastic, it is the second time we go, I have a child of 2 and another of 5 the two were super entertaining, calm that they can touch anything and have that concern. The bar is fantastic, affordable price and good quality. You also have microwaves at your disposal. Fantastic

So we loved it, it was an exciting visit ... the museum is extended on several levels and a great diversity of theme ... we spent 4 hours there without being able to see everything ... with three children including one in toddler in clutter ... very spacious ... I only think about going back since our visit ...

If you want to spend an entertaining time you can visit it, I recommend going early because of the parking and queues to enter. If you are a client of la Caixa you enter for free and you do not need to queue, unless you want to see a specific exhibition that is worth money, I am talking from 2 to 4 at most.

I must say that I expected better, many areas were closed or not accessible by normal users but only by schools. Among other things we were not notified when we made the ticket. Of the 5 visited plans, only one accessible. That said, what we have seen is truly spectacular.

Very cool place to go with children. They have a great time learning science. Access by car is easy, there is a parking lot just below (yes, I paid 20), and there is a restaurant with very cheap prices where you can eat a buffet ( 14 adults / 9 children) Or you can eat something in the cafeteria. There is also a picnic option. Entrance to the museum is fine, but I recommend doing some extra activity.

Very worthwhile place

Very worthwhile place
The pictures and texts explain the formation of the universe, the changes of the earth, the development of life, and a lot of biophysical knowledge. Very interesting and vivid.

Although the ecological pavilion inside is small, it gives people the feeling of being immersed in it. It is very interesting to go to the place two or three times repeatedly.

The staff is good, enthusiastic and patient

In other times it is fine, but now with the Covid measures I did not like to go with children, I do not know how to press any button, only people "with orange sleeves" as they explain it, closed areas, and a lot of unnecessary inconvenience for me taste.

A good, little afternoon visit. Entry is free if you're a la Caxia customer and very inexpensive if you're not. Kids will really enjoy this place, many hands-on exhibits. The indoor rainforest was fantastic.

Inside is full of interesting principles made interactive and fun for all ages.
There is also a kind of greenhouse full of tropical plants.
Quite cheap ticket for all the things you see (5 ).
It is full of school groups who do educational outings.
Very recommended .

As a partner in the life of social work, the caixa, Cosmocaixa Caixa is perfect for young and old alike. The space is very interactive and 80% of the gadgets can be played, there are even workshops for the little ones where they can develop their imagination and desire to learn.

One of my favorite places in any city, for adults and children. The entrance is cheap in relation to what you can enjoy. Never doubt that going there will be a good plan, the children enjoy it a lot and if you want a little inspiration and tranquility, going alone and sitting down to watch the aquatic life is very relaxing.

It was included in the map of visiting museums, so we went there. Museum of Natural Science. Not particularly impressed. Perhaps this is more interesting for children.
All the same, it s more like a children's museum!
Similar to St. Petersburg "Labyrinth" (by experience and effects)
I was pleased only with the living area and columns with buttons, clicking on which different bird voices sound.
And most of all I liked drinking coffee outside.
Outside the museum, this futuristic space blends very nicely with mountain views and a temple nearby.

Amazing place - we couldn't pull the kids away to be honest. There is always something else to look at. We spent about 5 hours here including lunch at the restaurant. The Toca Toca activity was great for both kids and adults and is available in different languages including English. Entrance for 2 adults and 3 kids including the Toca Toca activity was Euro 28 - total. Probably the best experience and best value for money activity we did in Barcelona. The only hitch was getting there. Best way to get there is to go by Metro to Av. Tibidabo and it's a short walk from there. We went to Vall d'Hebron and eventually figured out we needed the H4 bus going toward Carrrer D'Isaac Newton. Looking for directions - not everyone was aware of the place even though it's huge. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

A good place to visit with the kids.
The cosmocaixa has renewed its facilities a bit and I think for the better.
The installation of the mirrors is very good despite the crowds.

I love it, the children have a great time!

It would be perfect if they did different workshops / activities during the year for free.
The toca toca once seen is no longer a mystery, but it is understood that it is a limited place.
The gift shop has very interesting games.
Fixed visit a few times a year!
