The CosmoCaixa is a very nice and cozy science museum.
It has places that are difficult to see and when you enter you learn a lot of new things. It has some very fun workshops, a shop, a cafeteria and many experiments. The workers are very friendly and polite, and they treat you very well.

Super cool place, with a lot of interesting stuff Much better than the Aquarium, and a lot cheaper. It's a must to do in Barcelona!:)

We have had a very interesting and entertaining Sunday! Many emotions, new knowledge and discoveries! It takes 4-6 hours to see everything. There are places to bring and enjoy your picnic or buy something to snack on at the Caixa restaurant. A wonderful day for the whole family.

I went to Cosmocaixa since they invited my daughters to a birthday party. They offered the children a snack in the Restaurant and then attend a show. I thought it was a good idea as an alternative to Chiquiparks. For small groups there is also the option to book an activity. Highly recommended even if only as a family visit.

Various rocks (even a cut of several meters). A real piece of the jungle several meters high (even with wet rain). A bunch of different visual experiments: Foucault's pendulum, the appearance of a normal distribution, and much more. The ticket is inexpensive: 4 euros per adult (children are free). The bad news is that if you bought tickets over the Internet (as I did), you still have to stand in the general queue to get a paper ticket.
