It took me two hours to walk around McCormick to figure out where the show was cuz there's no signs posted telling you which way the show was then when I get to registration they told me no one under 14 yrs old so I had to turn around and go home and I still had to pay for parking I don't think that's right if I didn't attend the show that's why I give it 1 star
I would give a zero if I could. I ordered tickets for the 2020 show and it was canceled due to Covid19. I have yet to receive a refund for my ticket. I have emailed them at least a dozen times and tried to call and they will not respond to me at all!!!! Everyone has been hit hard from this Covid19, and I could really use my money. I will NEVER attend this show or recommend it to any of my stylist friends.
Loved it, been to Chicago and Florida Orlando areas loved it, going again.
Really nice show but reaaalllyyyy rude security people..they should have more friendly and professional stuff...
Bought tickets for the 2020 show, before covid hit. I have yet to receive a refund on top of being told we could have extras classes, another free ticket for the next show & a beauty bag. To which I have yet to receive anything. But overall I just was concerned for my refund.
