I recently purchased a few items from their website and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for quite easily. However, the checkout process was a bit slow, and I encountered some technical issues. The delivery took longer than expected, and the items arrived with a few scratches. Customer service was responsive but not overly helpful in resolving the issue. The quality of the products was decent for the price, but not exceptional. I appreciate the range of products available, but I feel there is room for improvement in the overall customer experience.
