Rollstock deliveries... Expect a five hour wait to off load. They service their contract trucks first, even if you are on a door. They tell you to throw paperwork in the back, but, it'll be destroyed by the lift driver or at best, be left unsigned under the rubber mats and cardboard they leave in your trailer. When asked if they had a dumpster I could throw it in I was told, "We don't won't nobody else's trash..." Well... Technically, it came as part of your order..... Sir

To Management- maybe it s time to move your trucks in front of your loading docks, so truckers can back up between your trailers

This place is very tight to turn around so you have to be on your A game when you arrive, trailer slots are also tight and to make matters worst there is no waiting area so you cannot overnight @ their place, there are parked cars and bobtail trucks that will make difficult your backing, the shipping and receiving door is locked so you have to call the ph# written @ the door so they can tell you where to back in, once you're loaded you have to leave you cannot stay @ their place for too long same with arrival you cannot arrive too early either because you will have 2b constantly on the looking so you don't block their drivers from picking up their loaded/empty trailers. Plan carefully your appointment so you have enough hours to drive and find a truckstop to rest, the only nearby truckstop is always full so don't even think trying to overnight there only fueling and go to another place.

Delivering a small package. They have no bell at door 15. Number on the door is not even monitored. Especially after hours good luck yall. Be aware yall gunna have to wait.

I ve no idea why the older man who answered the phone was giving me hard time for being there early, he could easily tell me come back at your appointment and save the lecture for a school kids.
It s very tight for backing. Be careful backing there and watch employees and company trucks parking in car s parking space.

It's mostly drop & hook facility, live loads are full of surprises, no room even for a u-turn when you are trying to get out of here

Quick unloading first come first serve . Dock door number 6 is used to unload roll stock if you arrive before 7am open doors put paperwork in the trailer and back in. They will unload you and sign the paperwork. It is a tight place and you have to set up just right to get in the dock. It would be best to slide your tandems all the way forward and then once in the hole move them to the rear.

If management cared about respecting people it would fire the old man that talk to the drivers upon their arrival. Who he thinks he is. I ve never seen anybody so rude. He was lucky I was in a good mood.
Fire this worthless employee for the good of your organization.
To the drivers: avoid this place. Or ask for at least double of the freight to make it worth.
