If management cared about respecting people it would fire the old man that talk to the drivers upon their arrival. Who he thinks he is. I ve never seen anybody so rude. He was lucky I was in a good mood.
Fire this worthless employee for the good of your organization.
To the drivers: avoid this place. Or ask for at least double of the freight to make it worth.
