I was there at 8am and the only person. They have really nice service. It took only 10 minutes to take my digital finger print.

I went to get my fingerprints done. The treatment by the two lady staff was extremely unprofesssional and unwelcoming because of an email they were not able to receive on their end for a couple of minutes.
They need to understand that diversity exists and some people also prefer to speak in English.
I have recently completed their online course and I can honestly say that it was an amazing experience! Aurelien is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He explains things simply, he is precise and makes you understand the reality of the world of security. Everything he taught us is what we are going to need to be successful in this industry. He is simply the best. I was very satisfied with the online course and I recommend it to anyone. We are very lucky to have such a qualified instructor teach the course, if you decide to take it, I can reassure you that you will only benefit from it. Also, the fact that this is a non profit company with the best reputation in Canada will make you feel like you are in the right place.
Very fast and efficient. Missing one star because the girl who assisted me seemed miserbale and annoyed and i was the only one there to be served. She wasnt very happy.
People working in this place need more training in customers service, they have to understand diversity and they are serving people from diffrent walk of lives, people who are new comers, people who do not speak french.......!!!!customers go there and give u money!!!!! to pay your Bill's and expenses so they expect better treatment and better service.
Do not push customers, listen to them and give them chances to talk and 2 tell u what they are there for??
Either you do good customers service or stop taking our money.!

Excellent customer service in the fingerprint department! My wife had some problems with the quality of her fingerprints and we were forced to go there three times to redo her fingerprints. The staff was very respectful and patient! Kudos to the gentleman who took her prints by ink and the lady in front desk who was very patient until she managed to get her electronic print out. All the COVID-19 protocols were very well respected! We felt very safe on the spot!
Great experience. Didn't have to wait in line. The address on their website is given wrong. The street address is 1001 And not 700.
Called 3 times to see if good time to come. I showed up at 5 pm (it says they are open until 6 pm) and they were closed.
