I received a flyer at my work via fax from an "All Inclusive Luxury Resort" company that promised for a limited time to receive corporate rates for $159 per person to Cancun, Cabo, Hawaii, Jamaica, Bahamas, ect. It seemed too good to be true, so I called to see what the details were. Talked with a man from San Antonio, Texas, he said he talked to his boss and there was space available for two reservation (me and my husband) to Cabo. After finding out more details, I asked for the company name and website so I could do some research. He directed me to the company website and said "Do you see it? We have an A++ rating with the BBB. Do you see it? I would like to remind you that this call is being recorded for quality assurance for the BBB because we have an A++ rating with them." I said "Ok, now would I pay today or could I hold my reservation and then pay when I decide on which resort to choose." He said "So you want to hold the reservation without paying first?" and I said " Yes." And then the line went dead. I doubt it was an accident that it went dead. So that leads me to believe they only want the money, didn't even try to work anything out or change my mind to pay today. Great customer service, good luck to anyone else who falls into this trap!

I was desperately in need of help with a passport issue ( I had forgotten to get mine). My wife and I had planned a vacation and had been enthusiastically looking forward to this for months. After some online research, I hit the phones seemed like everyone I spoke to either was not very inerested in helping or were looking to cash out on my desperate situation. I tried making one more call before giving up and it was to Damita McGarity, she was genuinely empathetic to my situation and began to ask questions to determine what was needed to resolve my issue then gave me step by step intructions on where to go what docs were needed, exact fees, and form of payment, etc. Reassured I had the "checklist" down correctly asked if I had any more questions and told me to feel free to contact her if I should run into a wall during the process, she also e-mailed link to the form I would need to take to expedite the process. I am a commission based sales supervisor with 10yrs experience in customer service industry. I am beyond impressed, I mean im not even a client of CTP. I followed her instructions and thanks to Ms McGarity trip is still on. The very first place I will go-to for our next vacation will be CTP and I will mention this experience to co-workers, family and friends... thank you

I was stuck at O'Hare airport when flights to most destinations were suddenly either cancelled or delayed due to a fire in the control tower. Thousands of people formed lines trying to figure out what to do.
My solution was very simple....I called my travel agent with Corporate Travel Planners and was soon on my way to MIdway airport for a flight home on a different airline.If you don't use a travel agent for your travels, you should. And if you desire 5 star service for all your travel needs, you should use Corporate Travel Planners.

Unfortunately, OSU employee travel is handled by this company. I have had to travel on many occasions and every single time something is wrong with the credit card CTP provided or they never provided the credit card info to the hotel at all. Many hours have been spent trying to resolve their mistakes and its frustrating to know that each time I travel for work I will have to deal with this issue again. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I had an issue with customer service when I first dealt with this company. The VP of the department personally called me and handled it all right away. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I was very impressed with his customer service and willingness to fix the problem. Over all I had a good experience with CTP Travel and would use them again in the future if I needed assistance with traveling!

They do not have the workforce to support their company demands and I have personally have been wronged by the company.
