My payroll specialist Katie is the best... always responds and the best of help!! Highly recommend!

I have had only great experiences since I switched in 2016. I have certainly saved a lot of money on payroll by switching from the top 2 and yes I have tried both. The payroll specialists know what they are doing and I plan to continue this relationship. #shoutsourtoCPS

Well, where to begin with an evaluation. First nothing is perfect, and there are glitches every once in a bluemoon. But, in the 5 years I have been working with Corporate Payroll Services I would be remiss if I didn't say it has been pretty smooth sailing.

The payroll specialist assigned to our account, Edina Omanovic is a 24 carat gold - Rock Star. As well, so is Katie Whitmire who is involved on our account. Both are there when and if needed, and both are extremely effective and efficient at what they are assigned to do.

I originally had this payroll service as a 1-star, as we had a handful of bad experiences, and errors, and I did not like the response from their people, when something went wrong. However, I have decided to up this a bit, and for a couple of good reasons.

1. Despite the handful of issues, the services worked well most times, for about 4 years.
2. I was able to speak directly to the President of the company, and he fixed a few of the issues we had personally, and showed that he is a man of action and integrity.

I can't say that I am overall 'happy' with the company, and we have moved on to a different service, but I can honestly say that I am satisfied with the actions taken.

I have used Corporate Payroll for the past several years, and they are highly professional and I have been so pleased with their customer service.

We have used corp pay for about 15 years. Ive found them to be responsive friendly and most of all they answer my questions promptly. They also tend to over-verify the accuracy of any changes I make last minute which in a way is a good thing. I think they do this to ensure zero payroll errors. Speaking of errors, Ive made them a few times when entering the bi-weekly but they caught the errors; Probably because they seem out of pattern, which is indicative of their "watchful eye" for something out of the norm. Ove the years, 4 of my companies have used them with average bi-weekly payrolls of around 20-30k. Entering the payroll online is the only way to go and in my opinion employers that call in their payroll are behind the 8-ball.

I love working with Corporate Payroll! I left ADP because I felt like just another customer & cog in the wheel. The pricing is fair & suite of products is vast. Katie is my rep & always either answers my call or returns the call promptly. Everyone has been courteous & helpful. I ve been a customer for 2+ years & plan to stay!
