Brought car in on Friday May 15 car took 19 day to repair it completed on 6/2/20. During that time I called and text for status. Some days I never received an answer.
After 7 days I asked for a loaner car, I was told they need authorization then after 12 days I was told I could get a rental car. I had to wait 1-1/2 hours to get the rental car.
When I dropped of the car I asked them to check the brakes, they did not check the brakes. The car was dirty they did not clean it. There where spider webs in the car because the windows where left down, I started driving the car home and the fuel warning light was on because the gas tank was empty. It was so empty it did not even read how many miles to go. I was afraid it would run out when I was driving home. The service report mentioned they drive it 90 miles but I figured it out that it was driven 139 miles.

The experiences I have had with this car dealer are unimaginable! In 2013, I purchased a brand new car from them that has not lived up to what they promised. The transmission went out after only 2 years and needed to be completely replaced at a huge cost. Four months ago, this car broke down again and because of the car not even lasting the length of the loan, I contacted Consumer Affairs National Headquarters for Nissan. They attempted to help by offering a discount on the purchase of another vehicle.
Instead of helping, Larry H. Miller Nissan Corona submitted applications for financing more than DOUBLE the amount of the vehicle, adding on extended warranties. Once again, they attempted to take advantage of the consumer. Bank notifications have indicated that the value of the vehicle is insufficient relative to requested loan amount. In addition, this dealer falsely represented that they would make right on this situation by keeping our payments at the same amount, which they also did not honor. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They are misleading and don't honor their word or commitment to their customer.

I leased a car from Corona Nissan about a month ago. It was a great experience, great customer service. I was helped by the manager, Steven Lopez. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience. He was very informative and was eager to get me a good deal. I would definitely refer anyone to him. : )

My 2017 Titan XD was in service for warranty repair for a rear main seal leak and miscellaneous small issues. It was at the dealership for 8 days and I had to initiate all communication with the service department. Customer communication is important.

When I was informed that the work had been completed, I asked the service advisor if they work clean my truck. It was not clean when I picked it up, including the interior, as if the windows had been left open while it was there.

Also, upon picking up my truck, there were various scratches on the driver s door and the passenger side front fender. The service advisor said that he would make an appointment to have the scratches repaired.

I wish I could give a worse review. I have only had my car for less than 2 years and it s a certified pre owned Nissan Versa and it s a 2016. They insured me with their however many point inspection of the car that everything was running perfect and that there was no issues. Until just 2 months later all of my power locks went out. Okay no problem I can still get into my car, then the glove box breaks, and my cruise control stops working. Okay cool. I take it in to get serviced and they took over a week to get me my car back. Still wasn t an issue until when I got my car back. The power locks were fixed and my glovebox got fixed, but the cruise control light was still flashing and then on top of that the actual key entry wasn t working anymore and then my gear shifter got locked in park every single time after that. I noticed all this stuff when I got home from the dealership. They broke more things than they fixed. So I called them and told them that they did something to cause all this because this did NOT happen when I dropped it off. I have the warranty for it but now they re making me pay an extra cover charge when they are the ones that caused the damages. I believe that their inspection of the car is just a promotion that they tell people because they actually don t even really check to make sure everything s fine at all. They just send you on your way with more problems that you re going to have to bring the car back for. I asked to speak to the manager weeks ago and they said he would call me over 2 weeks ago. Very shady business going on over there and it s been a waste of my time and money to drive 45 min both ways to get my car fixed thru them when I have to pay for an Uber anyways because they never have the parts that my car needs and it has to be there overnight.

I spoke with Leah at 11am she said she was going to take pics of a few suvs and send them to me. Its now almost 2pm and no pics no return calls, I feel it was just a bunch of hot air to drag me down. If I would have known she was bdc I would not have even wasted my time
I've been trying to call the dealership and No ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

I only give it 3 stars for the car itself. If I was rating based on how I was treated I would give one star. I was promised three free oil changes when I purchased this car. They told me they would give me the certificate for the three free oil changes later. My husband went back twice in person asking for the certificate but he was told they could not help him because the finance person was not there. I called numerous times and I was finally able to reach the person who sold me my car. I will call this person "Yabbie". I am not using his real name because I do not wish to tarnish his reputation, since I don't know the whole story about why I was treated like crap. Yabbie is either very rude or is being pressured by his superiors to treat me the way he did. Yabbie told me he would call me back after he spoke to the manager about it. Then I did not hear from him for several days. I called several times after that but I was unable to reach him so I left messages. Yabbie never returned my calls. I kept my cool and tried to be as patient as possible but after several calls I let the receptionist know I was angry. She told me she would transfer my call to the manager. I spoke with the manager and he said he would call me back after he researched what happened. After 5 days I heard nothing and then I called again and finally got a hold of Yabbie. He did not call me back, I happened to catch him at work. He told me he would speak with the manager and I could come in today to pick up the free oil changes. I showed up and the manager and Yabbie expected me to wait while they finished their meeting. I could not contain myself while I was waiting. I let Yabbie know what I thought about him and the manager also. The manager claimed he was new and not the old manager. He claimed he never spoke with me before. He finally gave my oil changes and some free car washes on top of that. I pray that this manager is in fact new and that he can turn this place around. I hope he can inspire honor and integrity because this place has very little of that currently.

Absolutely unprofessional conduct by the managemen...

Absolutely unprofessional conduct by the management staff. I took my niece here and my Aunt to purchase a vehicles literally a week apart. Jaimie in sales and Joey the used car manager were the only parties genuine and really there to assist their customers. When I arrived with my Aunt who is disabled to pick up a Altima she already completed the deal for, we were told the car was sold.We had to spend an additional four hours requesting to see a Altima comparable to the original. Initially, we were told there wasn't any avaliable. However, Jaimie and Joey produced the vehicle and structure a decent deal in the end recovering this experience so I decided to take my Niece. BAD IDEA and HORRIBLE experience. When we arrived we found a vehicle suitable for a first time buyer. They told her she was approved and hours later she drove off the lot. Someone in the finance department messed up her paperwork and caused the bank to retract her financing. We produced every single document needed and more. There was a lack of willingness to assist and furthermore, the communication on a professional level is severely lacking. This is specific to Kay Gamboa, who could not even confirm the vehicle information correctly to the bank and talked to her peers and customers like dogs. Rula Jarah, who used some tact, but only to pass you over to the next person because her patience are non existent along with her understanding. She was taking personal phone calls on her cell phone during the signing of the contact and training a new employee who was also in a rush, also taking personal phone calls to arrange child care. The new employee left in the middle of finalizing the contract. There's no wonder there were several errors when the contract informatiin got to the bank.
They called us in to return the car which we agreed to do. We also arrived with documentation indicating the information Kay said was missing. She refused to accept it. When we spoke on the phone she was EXTREMELY short and combative, but once we arrived to the dealer to speak with her she hides in her office not ready to clarify the bad situations she creates. She called the "General Manager" who honestly I do not believe this is truly his title and maybe not his name. MR. STEWART GRAY again very condesending tone, talks to people as if every one is directly out of 1st grade. No ownership for the conduct of his employees and their mishandling of the situation. I will highly encourage anyone considering Larry H Miller Nissan to go in another direction.

The expirience I had at Larry H.Miller Nissan was the best ever, especially the so kind James McDonald. He answered all my questions thoroughly and he made me feel comfortable. If your looking to buy a car and your looking for a good experience I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Nissan and ask for James!

This was my first time buying a car, I expected all the shady cliches that you see in movies and wow did the people at this location change my image of car dealers. They went above and beyond to make sure we left happy and satisfied. This location is a gem full of wonderful employees we dealt with Jamel, Kay, and team and each of them were very personable and fun. If you're looking for a car at a great price with excellent customer service go here!

Don't trust them. Salesman went to get keys and another salesman came out because he "didn't give" with me. Salesman don't know the history of the vehicles. Couldn't answer questions about a theft report on a vehicle. Attempted to use high pressure tactics to sell vehicles. Rude and arrogant.

I brought my car in to get it checked out and they did not give me correct diagnosis on the car . I later took it in to a 3rd party shop and they gave me a detailed diagnosis. I called Larry h miller nissan again to confront them about there incorrect diagnosis and the manager accused me of trying to just get my money back for the diagnosis which was 125$ . I do not recommend you take you car to this nissan or any other nissan even if your car is under warranty they will not honor that warranty. You are better off taking it to a 3rd party shop where they will actually know how to work on cars and not just rip you off and waste your time.

I am thinking about buying a car, so I stopped by to see Phillip, who sold me my last car, and who sold my daughter her first car! He took the time to assess my needs, answer my questions, and address my concerns. When I am ready, I will return for that new Altima! ;)

Awesome experience! They were very understanding about my situation. Our sales person Ross Fairfield was super helpful, funny, and called my bf, his 7 year old son and me by our names. I will most definitely recommend going here. I walked out with a car with good payments even with my credit. I had gone to so many dealerships seeking out help and I'm glad I saw the commercial for this place. Thank you so much Ross and Ed for everything! !

I like the process of buying a car. I enjoy test driving and figuring out what it is we're going to buy. Usually... that process and my enjoyment ends when we get to the part where the salesman starts giving you the full court press and trying to keep you there at whatever cost.. including your patience.

When my wife and I stopped in to Larry Miller Nissan, one of the first things we saw was a picture of Larry and his wife on the wall with a plaque that said something about how their number one goal was to treat people like family... we kind of laughed. If only they actually meant that, we thought! Ha! Then we met Ramy and Mo. From the moment we shook hands, they didn't even try to be aggressive. Rather, they asked questions, listened to the answers, offered suggestions, kept making sure they weren't taking too much of our time, thanking us for waiting when they had to look something up or take a minute to go check on something.

We found a car we liked (an Armada), but it didn't have certain things that we wanted in it. Ramy set out to find one that did. He said they have over 60 dealerships in their fleet and he would find what we wanted. But then... Rich Smith (a manager) stopped by and asked what the Armada we were looking at was missing. I told him and he nodded and said, okay. He walked away and came back a few minutes later and said... how bout I knock X- amount of $$ off the price, then we can add the few things you want... and we'll still come out on about the same price? Or.... we can just keep looking for the one you want.

Bottom line is this: I bought that Armada. And I did... not because I didn't want to wait to find the "exact" one I wanted... but because I wanted to do business with these guys. They literally treated me and my wife like family, as their sign said was their goal. They went not just the extra mile... but probably the extra 5 miles that no, and I mean NO, dealership has gone that I've seen in quite a long time. I think the last time I bought a car and had this good of an experience... it was probably 15-20 years ago. Thank you Ramy, Mo, and Rich. You have made permanent customers out of me and my wife for as long as we live in California! And I will send everyone I know who's looking for a car, your way!!!

Too many people talk all the time about how customer service is dead and a thing of the past. Not so with these guys. They exemplify it at a level that is worthy of your time. (to the readers of this review... If you need a new car... you should go see Ramy, Mo and Rich. I think you'll be surprised at your experience.)

Blessings to your whole staff, guys!

COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!

COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!

I listened to the radio station where they were giving tickets away to a Waterpark I wanted to take my daughter to. All they said is that you had to come in and test drive a Nissian. I did. Of course they dicked me around until after five and then told me that the tickets were locked up in the office and they couldn't get in. I was told by a gentleman that I could come in and get them anytime. When I called to verify that the tickets were there ready for pick up I was told that they had "run out" after the promise.

I had been there for over three hours with them bullying me, guilting me, and pushing vehicles that I was unsure of getting. It's ridiculous that this company is using a radio station for false advertisement and not keeping up with their promises!

They accomplished 1 of the 3 services I asked for. That's really bad especially when you tell them its never been serviced before and they don't bother to look it over when they said they would. And no I don't want to talk to you Jennifer about it. You exceeded my already low expectations. Just fix it so other people don't have to keep dealing with this.

We purchased our car a little over a month ago and before we left with it we were told that the spare key and car handbook had been misplaced so they d call us in a few days to let us know when we could pick it up. Two weeks passed and we didn t hear anything so I called only to be asked who my sales person was and be told they would call me back in 30 minutes. I never received a call. My husband called days after that, he set an appointment to go in yesterday at 10am because he was told the spare key was there but not the handbook. At this point we didn t care about the book anymore and just wanted to have the spare key for emergencies. He got there at 10am, waited till 12pm to be told he had to wait an EXTRA 2 HOURS because they were short staffed. He was expected to wait 4 HOURS just to program our extra key that we should have received the day we bought our car! We were both disappointed with this dealership s customer service and wouldn t recommend this place to anybody else but I suppose we aren t the only ones after seeing how many bad reviews they have.

I took my neice in 2 weeks ago to get her SUV's recalls addressed. At that time I asked the service rep how much it would be to get my brakes and transmission fluids exchange. He quoted me $330 (come to find out that is about $150 more then a mechanic would normally charge). The. When I went back 2 days ago they tell me it's $426 for the same services. I am very disappointed and will not go back. They also marked that my cabin and air filters need replacing. Note: I just changed them myself with brand new filters a month ago. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return. I will go back to south coast Nissan in Costa Mesa. Have had them service my car for several years and they are honest. They don't try to pad stuff to get extra commissions.

Thank you Larry H. Miller Nissan of Corona Team! Joey, Daniel and Omar You were outstanding. What a great team for us to work with. We live in Orange County and because of our work schedules we couldn t make it out to Corona to see a vehicle that we saw online. These guys were awesome! They brought the vehicle to us and we got to test drive it and ultimately purchased it. They were great with working with us and addressing our concerns and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Such top-notch service! I highly recommend them. Could not be happier with how easy they made everything. Thank you guys!
We love our new Truck!

He showed us a few vehicles and ended up getting our car from another dealer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. I took my car 2 times because of engine problems. The first time they kept it for 2 months. They didn t give me a rental, they didn t fix it entirely. The second time then looked up excuses why not to fix it. They told me I have to pay over 12 thousand to fix it and that they weren t going to use the warranty to cover it. I told them I was going to pick up the car. They never called me to give an update. I called 3 days later to see if it was ready to pick up, they said it was. I went and they took like 45 minutes just to bring it out. I drove off the lot and the car just shut off on me. It wouldn t start so I went to go ask for help. They told me there was nothing they could do. Then they told me that the car should have been towed. They tell me that once I have already drove off the lot and couldn t start my car. Horrible service. I have had over 5 Nissan cars so I was a regular customer but after this 1 time I actually needed them, they weren t there to help. Never again will I get another Nissan car and I hope you do the same. My car was running when I dropped it off and I got it back needing to be towed. I have nothing but horrible experiences with Nissan.

I had a great experience at the dealership! Mark was not pushy at all and let me come to the decision on my own. He was honest and did not try to push me to spend more when it wasn't what I wanted. And our finance lady was just as awesome as well. I love my new car and feel like I got a great deal!

Complete false advertising when it came to a flyer I received saying I was a guaranteed winner of one of five prizes. When I came in to get my prize I was told what I had actually won was a lottery ticket for a chance at the $500 a week for life prize not what was written on the flyer. Typical fraudulent advertising to get you into the dealership. I certainly would never consider buying a car from this type of dealer.
