The customer service and pricing was atrocious. Not happy. We tried to stay local, and support the community.... won't make that mistake with corona formal in weslaco again. Price was DOUBLE of what mens warehouse was charging.
Owner was very nice, we got out of work late and she waited for us for 30 minutes after closing hours! All groomsmen looked amazing groom especially only thing is that they forgot the handkerchiefs for the groomsmen tuxes but they sill looked amazing so because of that I give 4 not 5 stars
The staff was pleasant enough, but the prices were absurdly inflated, the clothing somewhat shoddy (dingy shirt, exhausted elastic in the vest), and the actual customer service was unhelpful when issues were pointed out. The fit of the clothing was either skin-tight or tent-like, the tightening adjustments for the pant waists didn t stay put, and the vest needed to be tailored elsewhere (on my own dime) lest it look like a diving bell. To add insult to injury, on top of the near-double they charge for their rentals over Men s Wearhouse, they add an approximate 4% charge if you use a card. I paid $185 (not including the $10 deposit refund when I returned the suit...that went toward the last-minute alteration on the vest). Preposterous.
I recommend that you actually go BUY a suit versus using Corona you ll probably pay about the same and have something to show for it afterwards.
100% WILL NOT be returning.
We've been renting tuxedos from this family for over 3 decades. Excellent prices and great customer service. As business owners ourselves, we always support local business.
