I just love the staff here. Every time I call I get the sweetest girl with a southern accent. She is always so kind and cheery and always gets my refills taken care of They are all so friendly here and I love all of the doctors I have seen 10/10 recommend
I absolutely love this practice I spent my 1st pregnancy here pretty much twice a week. I love Ms.Colleen she greets me with one of the best smiles and makes sure she says hi to my baby. Dr.Christa and Dr.Tanya were amazing and made sure I was taken care of my whole pregnancy and even afterwards Dr. Tanya made sure I had help with my postpartum depression. Dr.Gieseke delivered my baby and made the whole situation comfortable after having to go through and emergency C-section. I am glad I m going through my 2nd pregnancy with them.
My son had the worst doctor before we found Dr. Kelly. We've seen multiple doctors at this clinic and every single one was better than his doctor he has had for 2 years. They figured out what has been causing his bladder issues almost immediately when his other doctor couldn't in the two years. They are incredible.
Absolutely loved every single person I came in contact with, the front desk was patient and helpful, nurses rocked, and the Dr was phenomenal! They have got me in same day very last minute twice. I am so in love with this office I am continuing to go here dispite my having just moved an hour away.
Rude front desk people!! The one women I spoke to multiple times when trying to reach my dr (kyla) was sarcastic and rude to me. I also called once to get my asthma Inhaler filled and it took them a week! Just so you are clear asthma is a serious condition when not treated can be deadly!! I will never step foot in their dark dingy waiting room again and I couldn t be happier about it! Run far away!!

I have been a patient for 8 years. I ve noticed in the last year the service has been getting poor. Brought my husband in for a 9am appointment and they didn t take him back for an hour. Then it took an additional 30 mins for the dr to come in. Might be changing providers.

Me and my husband absolutely love this place. If you want a doctor who actually cares, doesn't give you the run around, and gets things done this is your place! My husband has a very complicated medical history so we have been through and through doctors and i've never seen him love any clinic the way he does this one. Amazing people
Horrible! When you first walk in they have someone waiting to take your temperature and she is very mean about it! She just shoves it in your ear and keeps pushing. My whole ear was red and swollen on the inside.
The doctor was flirting with me instead of listening to me. My whole wrist got worse and they never sent over the paperwork for me to do physical therapy that HE RECOMMENDED!
I waited the week that their paperwork said to wait for them to send it over. The physical therapy place started to call me for one whole day trying to get the stuff sent over. That s when I decided to go see someone else.
First the doc I saw at this place Misdiagnosed me.
Two I could have been hurt even worse.
Three the new doc I am seeing is saying something completely different than what the doctor said at this place.
Four I have something more serious than what this doc here was saying.
My advice avoid this place!!!
I wish there was a Zero star. I was due for a yearly and I usually saw Dr Gregory instead I got another doctor but decided to risk a new doctor at Cornerstone as Doctor Gregory was no long there. ( Now I know why) What a mistake. After I told at least three office staff that it was a yearly I was told it was time because my refill for high blood pressure was overdue. My insurance ONLY covers yearly, preventative so I thought it would be covered. Today I get a bill from Cornerstone for $138.00. I called my insurance company and they told me the Doctor's office coded the visit wrong. After my insurance company called Cornerstone and I called Cornerstone, they told me that the Doctor won't change the coding so Anthem will not cover it. This office FAILED miserably in the compassion and honesty part of the service they provide. Shame on you Doctor Jendry, YOU TOO FAILED IN HONESTY AND COMPASSION, I'm certain they cover that in Med School. You ALL should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope I can find Doctor Gregory for future appointments. She was awesome and really cared about her patients. She would have gotten this right and would have cared about doing the wrong thing.
I have a fractured knee and in terrible pain "Dr Nguyen" took forever to get me a referral to an ortho that can't help me anyways i had to fine a ortho that did the surgery i need is been 3 months and now his on vacation and im waiting again not a very good clinic AT ALL. plus front desk is super rude!i will go elsewhere.
Great doctor, questionable receptionist, but overall a very pleasant experience. I am enjoying my new family doctor in 2015.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Not for the doctor because they have always been wonderful, but their receptionist is so rude! I called to schedule my husband an appointment. I'd ask a question, she was blunt and rude every time. When I asked go the following week, she told me a time, I agreed, and then she says show up 10 minutes early. Bye. And hung the phone up before I could confirm the date. If thats how you want your first impression in the office to be, then thats your place. If you actually would like a respectful person, I wouldn't recommend it. If I could take him anywhere else, I would. But medicaid only accepts this office for him. I will be following up with their office later for the manner in which I was treated.
Since moving to Colorado a year ago, I had to find a new primary care provider for my daughter and I. We both see multiple providers at this clinic and I have been very pleased with not only the professionalism of the staff at the clinic but also the caring nature of the providers with both my daughter and I. Several of the providers also provide osteopathic manipulation, which I was pleased to find is much more helpful for me than the chiropractors. I love these guys! Thanks for making my first medical experience in Colorado a great one!

Had a 10:50am appointment set it up 3 week ago walked in lady a the front desk said i never made a appointment. This Place is garbage!!!! Should of never went here with all the bad Google review they have already before mine.
I wouldn't go to this clinic no more the front staff are very disorganized i try many time to get a hold of my doctor and the staff didnt deliver the massage plus they not honest when i other a gi procedure from Aurora medical center they denied the order came from them the front desk lady
Just called to make an new patient appoinment and they aren't excepting new patient! Very disappointed.
They really have gone downhill. You have to chase answers. They don't call you back when you leave messages for your doctor IF you see the same doctor twice. I wasn't notified of test results even though I called multiple times.
I've never made my own doctors appointments before or done anything like that without my parents so I was nervous but they made it so easy they got everything I needed and sent all my meds over great place
WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I came in as a new patient. In hopes to have a primary care doctor for my health, after having transferred all my paperwork, I still have yet to be in contact with any doctor that will assist me with my LUPUS. First encounter calling to get my blood work, resulted in me calling over 55 times to get through to the Receptionist who purposely ignores the call, hangs up, and more. Second encounter now a week later, still no doctor in, and won t be in, same rude receptionist and zero professionalism or apology. This is a resident hospital and I have nothing against them, but the way they won t even answer a phone should say everything.
Dr. Sterling Adams is the greatest. I love whenever I get to see him while looking in the mirror. He unfortunately has never actually seen me as a patient at Cornerstone. It seems like he really enjoys working at this wonderful clinic filled with wonderful people and wonderful patients, but don't take my word for it.
Dr. Gregory is an awesome doctor! I bragged about her and her team so much that my own mother decided to give her a try and low and behold she loves her too!!! I appreciate her time and patients with me and my "funny" body. lol
The only thing my husband and I like about Cornerstone FP is Krista Sanford - she provides great care. However, the front desk staff are continuously incompetent and rude. I have yet to have a positive experience with any of them. Although we are lacking when it comes to choices with our current health care system, we do still have a choice in where we choose to go for care. Cornerstone would do well to replace their front desk staff with people who are capable of caring for others... Or at least can pretend to care.
Gave me all the meds I needed in the beginning months. Then took them all away when things were at their worst because what they tried switching me too didnt work for me. I had to play phone tag with pharmacy and there office every month just to fill prescriptions. My last monthly prescription was filled 12 days late! 12 days with no medication. They accused me of already picking up the medications but after checking with the pharmacist they realized they were wrong. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place needs to be shut down.
This place is so friendly. Any time i call the receptionist are always so kind and helpful and anytime I come in everyone says hello and acknowledges me (which i love) and just makes you feel so welcome. It's not cold awkward encounters like most doctors offices. They're very personable especially Collen at the front desk, she is so sweet. I appreciate everything this clinic has done for my family. We are forever grateful.
Dr. Gregory is wonderful! We are really pleased with her promptness and her caring bedside manner.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was literally 5 minutes late for appointment because it was my first time and I couldn't find it and they refused to see me. I had to park far away and I have a 5 month old I was carrying all the way to the building and to the 3rd floor just for them to refuse to see me. If I was 15 minutes late I would understand but it was 5 minutes. Not to mention they had already rescheduled me once. Never go to this horrible place.
Dr. Gregory and the staff and Cornerstone are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. Only downsides sometimes is hard to get an appointment right away
Krista is an amazing midwife and is the only reason I stuck with this place for so long. I have moved and changed offices but needed my daughters shot records sent to her new office. First time they only sent half of them and now it s been over two months and still fighting with Corner Stone to get all of her records sent over. Spoke with a receptionist and she took down the fax number and apologized that they didn t send my daughters full record and promised she would do it herself, couple weeks later just got confirmation that nothing was faxed so starting from square 1!

I've been searching for a primary care for a couple months with my new insurance, I think I found them today. The Doctor was so understanding and down right amazing, Amanda Vester was who I got the pleasure to take care of me today, and the MA was also great and seemed happy to do everything, bloodwork was quick and painless, she was so nice. Thank you guys for treating me like a human, and understanding my anxiety.
