Core is worried more about profits not ppl. Ive been out of my meds for 9 days. Blood preasure and chorlesterol meds. My head is pounding for days . But my doctor wants do repeat blood work that was done 3 months ago. Money over ppl. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I love my PCP, but find Core to be a money grabber. I just resumed going to my PCP a couple of years ago after leaving the practice for a decade due to Core dropping our insurer, and then charging more than double for services with no out of pocket discount whatsoever--and no warning!
Now I have a plan they accept, but they are charging $25 for preventative care visits that are supposed to be 100% covered, by law. Their workaround? Call it an "extra care" fee and have you sign a waiver hidden in the stack of papers they give you upon arrival--with no explanation or detail of what 'services' "extra care" entails.

I d leave zero stars if it were an option. Always get a run around from office and the call center ;where every single number listed calls to, by the way or so I was told today). I have to make, and pay for, appointment just to give a quick answer to my DR. Then, I m assigned to new DR by Core (not my choice) and have to pay to see the new Dr. For same thing I paid for 6 weeks ago!! What? The notes the first Dr. tok are not good enough?! They are thieves pure and simple. Sadly only 2 options for medical care - both equally horrible staffing.

It is not my actual dr that I had an issue with. I asked for my annual appt online. Instead it was billed as a med. visit. My insurance company spoke with the billing dept and they refused to change the code for billing. I of course had to pay for the visit which was over $200 for a 15 min appt online. My ins co. covers a 1 yr annual physical but of course Core gets more $ if I pay out of pocket. I was later told that physicals cannot be online... hmmm interesting. Finally got a letter from the finance dept asking not to advocate for myself anymore. Classy group of people..let me tell you. If they are doing this to me, I cannot imagine how many other people they are billing incorrectly...

I, along with other members of my family, have had horrible experiences at this office. The level of unprofessionalism is unspeakable. For one thing, it is impossible to get an appointment. I have turned to Urgent Care/Convenient MD numerous times because this office cannot see me for things that a Primary Care office should be able to. I recently called to try and get a prescription filled for something that was somewhat an emergency, they told me they would see if they could fill it without seeing me, and then never called me back. About two years ago, my younger brother had a series of consistent, severe sore throats, when all along he had tonsillitis. Over the course of half a year, my brother visited Core Physicians off and on for months and was misdiagnosed. After receiving little to no care after many months, my mom called and complained and was told by the Nurse Practitioner, Shelly, to "relax" and that he only had a "sore throat." After taking him elsewhere (Urgent Care), my brother was diagnosed with tonsillitis and had to get his tonsils removed immediately. On the topic of misdiagnosis, I, myself, was misdiagnosed after getting several allergy blood tests done. Instead of sending me my results, Core Physicians called me over the phone, and left me a message with my results, which were read incorrectly. They told me I had a "gluten intolerance" when in actuality I had Celiac Disease. I had to request for the physical results to be sent to me, which were 6 pages of information. Do not waste your time here as they do not care about the well-being of their patients, or anyone for that matter. I could go on and continue the list the horrible work they do here at Core Physicians, but I think you get the picture. My family and I are currently in the process of finding another office.
