I am being generous by giving this clinic two stars. First, I was asked to discharge myself from a provider that I was happy with. This was due to overlap in currently provided therapy service, along with the psychiatric evaluation. They provided no discharge paperwork from their end. Logically, if they are requesting specific (and routine on their end) paperwork, they should provide it, or at least a template.

Instead, my current provider and I had to compile a blanket statement and conveniently send it to them. After that, I had to terminate future sessions with my current provider and part ways. No big deal, part of the process I suppose.

Mind you, I have been dealing with chronic nerve and muscle pain for 3+ years now. Normal medical does not work. Unfortunately, I use controlled substances (not opioids!) sparingly for the really bad days/nights.

After appeasing their request, I get a phone call that, per their policy, they are not able to prescribe controlled medication/ substances .

I would have to start with Tylenol-like medication I initially took 3 years ago that had no effect. Had they read my charts entirely, they would have not made me start from square one.

Complete waste of time, thankfully, only on the phone.

One star for the 2 friendly staff members I spoke with.

Two stars for warning me ahead of time that I was about to waste my time.

Why does Yale associate with them? My experience directly thru Yale has been fantastic, but unfortunately, not this referral.

I just received my first Covid vaccine at Cornell Scott Hill Health Center.
The entire experience, from the moment I parked my car and entered their offices was outstanding. Competent, friendly staff checked me in immediately and I then received my pain-free shot. Meticulously clean and socially distanced seating provided. Thank you all so much.

Ever since ive been comming here they have been pretty good everything is pretty easy to deal with as far as telehealth i have gone there for a few reason the only thing i was kinda discouraged with was to get my teeth removed it was like a 3 / 4 month wait to me it seemed like a long time but maybe cause of covid things are taking longer but generally everyone was nice my primary Dr is really good. DR GALLANT i really have no complaints about cornell hill health center

I have been dealing with Yale's monopoly hospital system for decades now. Cornell Scott has not changed since Yale took it over. Every time I deal with the people at these facilities I realize more and more how much of a for-mass-profit scam they are. I have been treated like a cash cow too many times. Their staff is rude and unconcerned with anything other than money, they never have actually tried to offer any real medical solutions,other than off-label purposed medications that make the most profit,and the worst possible side effects. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

This health system seems to have the inability to perform basic functions of medical care. Get a prescription to CVS? Nope. Be able to perform a virtual visit? Nope. Very disappointed in this network. I've had better healthcare in a third world country.

Completely unorganized Saturday Covid 19 operations. The nurse providing testing at the front waiting area had no information regarding the vaccination process but instead informed patients to wait in her area. After 15 minutes of waiting the nurse points to another employee rushing into the facility stating" she will give the vaccine". Another 10 minutes goes by the nurse asks. "What are you here for again?" I resume to the security desk who directed me correctly. The receptionist then asks me to go back to the front waiting area and I told her "to the area where the nurse is absolutely clueless'. The receptionist understands and inquiries about the vaccine schedule and staff. I waited almost an hour for the vaccine and my appt was scheduled for the first slot. Management must be onsite and aware of all operations. Completely unacceptable!

I was lucky to get my COVID vaccine here. Everything about the process was easy, efficient, well managed and safe. The team (from security in parking lot and each station inside) was friendly, welcoming, efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. I had so much fun that I almost wish I needed a 3rd dose !! Thanks to each and everyone of you .

At least they have to consider the situation of patient and neighborhoods
