Excellent service, lovely decorations and good food
Dabba restaurant and dabba food, heavily priced... not for Indians.. please don't go here
Service was personal. Wait staff was attentive. Menu interesting and down to earth providing delightful meals for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free preferences.
Bravo, Coriander.
I absolutely love this place! Food is amazing and owner lady is always so happy and kind.
This is my favorite Indian Restaurant. The taste and flavors are better then all the other places I've tried in NJ. Service is great. Lunch Buffet offers all the favorites at an amazing price. My friends and family visit often. This place is one of our favorites, for any kind of restaurant, bar none.
I was coming from NJ and looking for a good place to eat and I found this treasure!! For me the best Indian food I have tried and I live in DC area. Crispy Spinach is ny favorite!!
Had their weekend buffet ! Lousy experience.
Please drive about 20 minutes north for some amazing Indian food. This place is bare bones with regard to variety, the taste is at best mediocre. At best this is a place for a "non Indian" crowd who don't know what to accept. "Mirchi" in Brunswick or even many more choices in Edison.
Why would anyone not want to drive 20 minutes more pay 4 dollars more for food that tastes 10 times better and the buffet spread is 4 times more varied.
Indian food is much better than the stuff they serve here ! Don't let this place be your "best experience" of it..
We've gone here for years and we are never disappointed. They are consistently great. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend checking them out, you wont regret it.
Coriander is by far my favorite restaurant! My husband and I go here for all our special occasions and they never disappoint. We ve tried other Indian restaurants in the area and none can hold a candle to coriander. Their Goan shrimp is to die for!
I am a fan of bold flavors and vibrant presentation. I am also a firm believer that spice is the color palette for a meal. There is much more to spice than hot and/or salty and Coriander has never disappointed me in this regard.
They are happy to adjust the amount of spice in a dish and they represent the regions of India rather well. There is a huge variety in their offerings and I recommend this place highly!
The food is amazing. Period. I've tried indian from NJ to NYC to LI. This place is a must if you enjoy Indian. Found this gem literallly right next to my hotel. The female manager is very kind and so welcoming when I picked up my food. Even bagged my food over with plastic bags because of a sudden downpour.
Buffet is excellent and well priced. I have never been there for other than buffet however.
Tasty food combined with friendly service made for a great night out.
Great place ... very clean very friendly ... lots of delicious vegan options ... really enjoyed our experience with the family ... if your vegan you know when u go out with the family it can be hard to find a place for dinner afterwards when far from home ... well this place is a great bet if you like Indian food ... owner was super friendly and accommodating of my young children and my wife and I ... will definitely be back when I am in the area!
I had the worst experience last night. The food was ok, the Tandoori chicken was very dry. The lady who I think owns the place kept on hovering over our table asking us questions over and over again. We placed an order and half hour later a guy came back to clarify the order. We were staving, but instead of food all we got were questions like why, what, when, over and over again. Finally, when the food came out, I requested Raita and the gentlemen asked why are asking for Raita is the food too spicy, I told him no spicy, it's too dry. I would rather go to Monsoon, they have better food and better service, and no one harasses me there with a million questions when I am trying have dinner with friends.
One of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always consistently amazing and is never a let down. I crave those flavors. The chef is a genius. Everything is always fresh and the staff is always professional. The owner is a woman who I have seen running around the restaurant several times and working one on one with her team. I love that! You can tell they are proud and love what they do.
Top-tier food at this place. If I was rich I would order here every night and become extremely obese.
How do you get cauliflower that deep of a red color? Scrumptious!
Awesome food in generous portions. Ordered for delivery through DoorDash and the food was packaged nicely and held up well. My tikka makani ended up being lunch and dinner that day. The hot option has decent spice to it for sure.
Found this type of authentic Indian food after a while. The service is superb. The staff delivers excellent service even when the restaurant is full.
Coriander consistently delivers the best Indian food in the entire greater Philadelphia area!
Great Indian restaurant. Very nice decor and great staff. Food is delicious and portion size nice. Prices are very fair too. Owned by husband and wife and they are always present, she will probably take your order. We really enjoy the total experience and go often. They have been there over 10 years. Everyone we take there loves it too, most have never eaten Indian before and now are fans. BYOB too.
I've been here a few times with small parties of 4. Food and service has always been good. However two Saturdays ago we had a 7pm reservation for a party of 9 to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was by far the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. There was a large party in the back room so our server COMPLETELY forgot about us. At 8:30 one of our guests walked over to the owner to let her know we still didn't have our food and were starving. Food finally arrived at 8:45, an hour and 45 minutes after being seated! Once again we were forgotten. Had to flag them down for the check. Check came and we were forgotten again. They never came back to scan our credit cards. At 9:50pm we hand delivered our cards to be rung. You would think they would have provided us with a free appetizer to hold us over for the slow food service or would have taken something off our bill, especially since we told the waiter and owner that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Nothing. My husband was particularly saddened by this experience because we had planned on having our friends over our house after dinner for birthday cake and games. However since it took 3 hours to eat, no one could celebrate his birthday with us afterwards. Totally bummed. The poor service at Coriander ruined his birthdays plans. They shouldn't book large parties of they don't have the wait staff to accommodate the crowds. Hesitant to return after this experience.
Great food and wonderful service. A family favorite
I ordered Chicken Biryani to go. It smelled like perfume. Worst food ever. And overpriced.
We order food from coriander it was so Bad. Navratan korma they brought the frozen veggie bag from grocery store it was full of string beans & carrots and peas they call it Navratan which means ( Nine Gems)what a joke. Gravy was worst. Will never go to this Restaurant again. And now they are well known in the community they raised their prices very high.
This is my favorite Indian Restaurant.... Always Excellent!! Very Friendly and Courteous staff....
Favorite Indian restaurant in the cherry hill area. Been going for years and have never had a bad meal or experience. Amazing food and atmosphere.
Always delicious. Nice atmosphere & friendly service. Many good vegetation options. btw, BYOB
This place was introduced by a friend... Awesome food been there many times with my family.... But sad to say my wife recently had a bad experience... My wife was there a couple of times recently.... She felt like one of the staff wiered... The tattooed guy who brought out the food gave her & my daughter a look like he scanned them from head to toe... They felt really uncomfortable... Never had this experience before... Hoping they have better people working around... Because we love going out to places with one of the finest cusine. Just shared our experience for improvement... Thank you.
Good food but over priced for the small portion sizes.
This BYO is a treasure. The food is wonderfully flavorful. The staff is friendly. It's a gem.
Very good food with great service. The buffet is amazing plenty of fabulous food to choose from. They keep it well stocked. Staff and owner make your dining out experience fantastic. I will be returning very soon. Thanks so much

I don't have much experience with Indian cuisine but this small bistro is absolutely outstanding! Great stuff and extremely friendly owner- we will definitely come back again
Dinner was extraordinarily delish! Highly recommend.
Good place but rushed service. They were pushy towards us getting lunch buffet instead of ordering off the menu as they said they had too many to-go orders the chef would take too long to make our food and it's close to closing time so they wouldn't advise it (we reached at 1:30 and they close at 2:30pm). They even ran out of some foods an hour before closing. If this was the situation after staying open all day I would understand but they are only open for 3 hours during lunch and they ran out of things. Food was not terrible, some dishes were good vs some not great. The servers were nice. All in all, an ok experience.
One of our favorites. Great quality food awesome atmosphere and good service
