I'm a Commercial Consultant in the fitness industry and I setup gyms of all sizes and I absolutely love selling CORE Health & Fitness products to all of my customers. They make extremely high quality equipment and they have some of the best brands(StairMaster, Schwinn, Star Trac & Nautilus) in the world, hands down. Not only that but my experience with the people at the company has been 100%. If you are looking for quality and brand names that have held up their reputation than look no further.

I wish I could give zero stars I do not recommend going through this company.
I bought one of those stair masters a year ago and I have had nothing but issues with it. It s still not fixed. I call and leave messages nobody calls me back. The thing hasn t ran properly since I purchased it. I do not ever recommend going through this company -The worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my life. My next step is to contact a lawyer as they are not living up to the warranty.

Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Bought two identical StairMaster machines from their distributor - Total Body Experts out of California and both were duds

They fixed one after two attempts and replaced the other model with one that does not operate correctly at all

Terrible quality control at their facility!
