The machine shop charges two to three times more than Alpine Cords Machine shop in Langford for the same work. I would never ever use Key-2 machine shop in Victoria.

Knowledge staff and the best prices for auto parts in the city that I have found by far.

Don't know too much about pricing but walked into Lordco next door carrying my 6 lb dog under my arm and immediately heard " dogs are not allowed in here!" (Hot car. )Turned around , walked out and into Key-2 next door where he was offered a dog treat. . Says a lot about happy staff???

Amazing at there jobs , excellent atmosphere and great attitudes at work. Always have a laugh with the guys . Cheers

Started going here about a year ago after a couple screw ups and no availability at another place I was going to and found Key-2 usually has what I need in stock and the staff very helpful about finding it.They're now my go-to place and highly recommend them.

Was referred here by Suburban for a part they had in stock - Kevin was quick to respond even though he was on the phone.

Got me the part I needed quickly and for a good price. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. Thanks!

I just dropped in yesterday for a hard to fine can of lithium grease and they had it. They get my 5 star rating!

This maybe a small store but I found the staff very knowledgeable and willing to explain solutions to the problems you might be having

Had to go the store for them to place my order for a $25 part. They wouldn t process my card over the phone- seems odd especially during covid.

Then by the time I get home, I get a call saying they don t have the part. I have to go back to the store to get my refund, and they ask me where the part is for the refund. Coooool

Ordered a part and was guaranteed it would be there the next morning. The freight company they use didn't bring it. The employees are too busy to call the freight companies to find out where my part is. Friendly staff, but need more if they can't call anyone to find out where the part I paid for is.

I was in need of a o-ring for my Fiat X1/9 thermostat. The OEM o-ring's are not stocked anymore so I needed anyone that would match. Within 10 minutes Sebastian called me back saying he found one. Sebastian made the process quick and easy. Top notch service from him!

Big thanks to Bob down at key 2 auto, I've been looking everywhere for a part for my suv and he was quick to go out look at my vehicle and find out exactly what I needed. Within minutes he had my parts order and there for the next day. 5 stars for these guys for sure, I won't get my parts anywhere else!

Great staff and they are dog friendly. Staff are really helpful. Prices are really reasonable and they always have a treat for my dog Harley.

I try to visit this store first when I am looking for mechanical parts since I usually find consistently lower prices here than the larger outlets. The staff are usually able to find those hard to locate items and are always a pleasure to work with. Polite and courteous.

Key-2 Auto Parts is definately my store for my auto part needs. I find the staff very knowlegable and talkable about everything related to motor vehicles. Their prices are reasonnable ( within the ball-park ). I've been disappointed by neighbouring auto shops before but Key-2 has not dissieved me.

Price comparison is a key to getting the value for auto parts. They beat lordco unless you have a discount

The staff were more than helpful in fact that combined with the fact I saved big bucks of parts and when needing a restock it was a 24r and it was 1/3 The cost of there competitors if your reading this stop in shop there they have the best deals in town and they deserve your business one stop there and you will save $$ and support a local business and be hooked for life on the deals and service provided, and they actually seem to care you get from the start the right parts.
High-end or economy parts your choice and either way you save buy one from the competitors or two from k2 auto parts ...thanks guys I'll be back and send as many as I can your way.

great selection and really helpful staff. found what i needed and I didn't need to talk to multiple people to buy one item so i was out quick.

Went there today to enquirer about a 383 custom build. Was actually able to talk to the Machinist in the back who will be doing the work. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sure when its time for the build he wont mind me stopping in to check things out. Who knows, he might even let me have some fun installing a piston or two.

Exceptional customer service and had a part (cheaper) that lordco and napa would have had to order in.

Key-2 is great they have always been able to get the part I needed if they didn't have it in stock, they had my exact clutch I needed for an shockingly low price, and when my half axle snapped in half due to the new clutches torque they were able to deliver it right to my door for cash. Amazed with their customer service and will continue to use them.

One of the areas we, as consumers feel the most ripped off or scammed is in the automotive industry. With our often lack of knowledge it can be easy for people and shops to take advantage of us. Key-2 is NOT that kind of shop. The guys working there know their stuff, they are efficent, they are patient with people that don't have a clue what is what in a vehicle, and their prices are unbeatable. Lastly, they are the only locally owned automotive parts store in Victoria, so go check them out!

It is easily the best part store in town, might as well make it your first stop since they are most likely to have what you need and wont gouge you on price like lordco. Better prices best selection hands down best part store.
