Fair Oaks is the next best thing to Tyson's just a lot closer if you live where I do. They have a multitude of different shops and restaraunts for you shopping and dining pleasures. I highly recommend Texas De Brazil!

Renovations are very nice, stores are nice but there could be more diversity in the types of stores. The stores are pretty small too depending on what you are looking for but the restaurants definitely are feature to try since they are very good.

I'm not impressed with Fair Oaks Mall. Almost all the stores are not high quality. It doesn't have a movie theater. Macy's is all but a complete disaster. Sears? Does that even exist anymore? Dave and Busters seems to be moving in. I hope that does well. Texas de Brazil and Cheesecake Factory are solid. Fairfax is the wealthiest county in the US. There's money here. But the money goes to Tysons because Fair Oaks Mall just doesn't have the quality. I hope it changes for the better.

Fair Oaks Mall is a medium sized mall with several clothing stores, a Lenscrafters, and several specialty stores, including a terrific candy store. There is plenty of parking and the Malll does not have the same hectic pace/atmosphere of some of the larger malls in the area.

One of the better malls in the DC area. Not as crowded as some of the others which makes parking, covered and uncovered, easier to come by. Good selection of hub stores, regular stores, and restaurants. There is no movie theater either.

Want to see a mall in trouble? Check out Fair Oaks. Lots of vacancies and disrepair. They still have several tenants that keep them afloat, but it appears that they want to keep doing business in the 90's. Significant anchor stores are gone. A couple of tired brands are still hanging on. Still a good place to shop, but see where they end up after this Christmas season.

I love this place because, First, it is easy to find the mall, and the mall has so much variety! I can go shopping or, eating at a hole in the wall restaurant. The stores also do summer camps like Apple, Microsoft and The Science Lab for Kids. Overall, this is a delightful place to be over the weekend.

I love Fair Oaks Mall. Have been visiting this mall since the early 80s as a child. A lot has remained the same and there is always great parking spots. The stores have changed somewhat but for the most part it seems very much the same. Several restaurants to choose from and plenty of stores to check out. They have a great customer service area and the employees couldnt be nicer..
Give this mall a visit. You will be glad you did.

Passing through the doors of this structure I was greeted by things I've seen in every other mall, a taco bell, an Italian restaurant, but then there was more. I was taken aback by how many people and shops were there. And then there were more. Luxury stores, and high end goods, ice cream parlours, and tea shops. I thought places like this ceased to exist 20 years ago.
