Give United a lesson as big as possible. Change the culture of United. The way they treat their customers is totally unacceptable. United could have resolved the whole issue with a reasonable incentive. But no, they wanted to be cheap. Let them pay and learn the lesson. An airline carrier should never ever treat their customers in such a brutal way.

Unfortunately Google Reviews only allows positive numerical values; only after divulging sensitive and a considerable amount of potentially damaging details of a matter I was pursuing, did this fine law firm state ahhh, "we have a conflict of interest." I would not trust them to take out the rubbish let alone perform legal services......I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, they in turn provided a suspect and wet noodle response, finding no wrong doing. Tread carefully with D & C.....
