I have dealt almost exclusively with Allison Jones and at times Jesse Perry as my reps and I couldn't be happier. I run a small law office and my equipment works flawlessly and any time I have a problem I let Allison know and someone is here fixing it within the hour. Couldn't recommend them more especially if you are lucky enough to have either of those girls as your rep.

If you need something that just copies, go to a big box store. If you need a device that copies, integrates into your network and serves as the company network printer, fax, scanner these are the people you need.
A lot of people in eastern North Carolina will sell you a copier with all sorts of promises of it doing great things for your business. These are the guys who can sell you the device and make it work exactly as they describe it to you in the meetings.
Where most copy people will not pursue problems with computer networks to a point of resolution, DJ and Brent (the best two technical people in copiers in North Carolina) will resolve the most minor annoying problems for your company.
Until recently, their customer service (non-technical side) was not as quick to respond as the technical side, but that recently changed with Jennie joining their staff. A medical company recently needed to modify their copier to work with new equipment. DJ quickly found and specified what could be added to their existing copier to allow it to function with the new equipment. Jennie on the customer support side quickly priced the feature and had the information to the customer in hours.
They are truly a remarkable company. Where others would have turned the feature request into a lucrative sales opportunity, they priced a simple low cost modification to the customers equipment and had the information to the customer in hours.
I have had a terrible experience with Copy Pro and their leasing company Executive Leasing. I had been a customer for over 20 years and the last 4 have been difficult at best. The last copier/printer I had never worked properly. My repeated complaints went unsatisfied. At one point I was told the machine was working fine and it was not. This year I decided to terminate my contract and go with another company. I contacted Copy Pro and Executive Leasing to terminate the contract and pay out the balance of my lease. Since April, I have been arguing with the company about the pay out and the pick up of the machine. As of today I still have no resolution. The company has provided me with a pay out that includes a "termination fee" that is not disclosed in my contract. When I refused to pay it, they have refused to communicate further with me. I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend anyone else doing so. I would give them zero stars but the system requires that I give a star to leave a review.
Avoid this company. Promises were made and lies were told. I usually do not give bad reviews, but just keep my mouth shut. I decided to do business with another company and was told they would work with me on the maintenance agreement of my lease, since my new company would handle the maintenance portion. Keep in mind, I wasn't trying to get out of the lease. I have a lease and I intend to honor it. I rarely use their machine any longer so I felt no need to have an extra payment for something I don't use. I gave them the required notice to cancel just the maintenance portion in the lease but they refused to cancel and preferred to litigate. They chose to lose me as a customer for life rather than to honor their own contract. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again.
We have been a highly satisfied Copy Pro customer for over 20 years. Our rep for the past six years is Jesse Perry. She is so delightful, professional and accommodating. I can call her with whatever our needs are and she is readily to assist and deliver! I highly recommend their services and please ask for Jesse!!

Extremely pool customer service with extremely high cost. For what I pay, I should be able to get a simple question answered and they want to charge me $60 to answer a question.
