It is a zoo, wonderful garden with lots of hours of entertainment for all ages

We are fine with 4 stars due to the poor parking but the ZOO itself is super

It's just so nice and so interesting to spend an afternoon here. There is so much to look at so much to experience in this ancient garden. In recent years, many of the animals have found a new and up-to-date home here. This is mainly done for the sake of the animals ,, but it has to a large extent also made the pleasure greater and better for the visitors.

Amazing experience for the family.
We had been here in Summer and loved it. When we visited again during christmas, it looked like most of the animals went hungry. The aquarium and the water in which the polar bear swims was not as it was(CLEAN)

They kill animals when the zoo is full (in 2014, 4 lions, of which 2 babies, and a baby giraffe). They should be ashamed.

Beautiful zoo in the Copenhagen city centre. You can spend full day here with your family, specially with kids. Well maintained and lots of Nordic animals you can see in the zoo.

Excessive price for the conditions in which it is held. The animals have a sickly and apathetic appearance, the structures are dirty, the water in the tanks is so filthy and muddy that they could not see more than 10 cm from the glass (and in fact we could not see any of the animals in the tanks for zero visibility ). The only nice thing is that you can see many of the animals up close. Ten thousand times better than the Bioparco of Rome!

My daughter was at the zoo camp. Everything was good except the pictures from the day. Zoo had promised that they would take pictures. Most unfortunately were unclear. My daughter had a wonderful day.

Woahh! Polar bear in the beginning made your day.. Great variety of animals! Whole day is needed to cover full zoo!

Nice zoo with many animal n good place for family children

Nice place and easy to visit. Interesting species and many baby animals. The children zoo is very funny with farm animals which you can interact. For lunch we stopped at burger shop very teasty and cheap!

Beautiful place with animals in modern, specifically designed enclosures. Many areas for taking a break, if only for a sit-down, lots of information in Danish and English, and lots of space for children. Also an area with a petting zoo.

One of the best zoological gardens I have ever been. The thing I like the most is an idea of mixing animals in one paddock. The only thing I was disappointed in is the condition of the toilets - it doesn't look like Denmark I'm used too.

It's one of the oldest zoos in Erupo. Both children and adults can enjoy a visit. There are a lot of different animal to see, with more on the way pandas coming next year.

It's a nice zoo with beautiful scenery and some lively animals which look happy and well taken care for. If you do not have the Copenhagen pass the ticket itself is quite expensive but as is everything else in the city. Overall a good and enjoyable experience 7,61/10

The variety of animals is beautiful, but to go to the zoo you have to go early because it gets dark at 3 o'clock the most incredible pandas since I love it.

Nice place to come we have a year pass, but food and drink is very expensive to shop in so we bring lunches and drinks home from

In spite of a windy day, it was always nice to "visit" the animals. There was unfortunately a lot of work in the garden, but it's not something that has to go down since it's only temporary until you get into the pandas.

A nice day and you can spend the whole day in there.

I think it's a really excellent zoo. I never go home disappointed from there.

Big, big disappointment. Half of the zoo under reconstruction, the paths between the pavilions as many times as narrow that you just stand and wait, as well as at the refreshment stalls. It is superhuman performance with the map in hand. And yet the sea world that is here is just the opposite and splendor. So far the only disappointment at the visit to Copenhagen.

They let in far too many who were driving for a total of about 1 hour to a half

Lots of well-kept animals, clean place with ample space for picnics, play areas for children and clean bathrooms

Bit disappointed with some of the enclosures, animals hiding or small areas but everything is redeemed by the polar bears, I would and will pay the entry cost again just to see those magnificent bears, you have to go into the tunnel, having the bears swim around you is breathtaking.

Great zoo. Animals have a lot of space and look healthy. Was worried they might be crammed in everything looked happy apart from the polar bears which were looking a bit stir crazy stuck on small loops.

Super place to visit. Take your own marshmallow with you and fry them while having a snack at one of the picknick areas.

Love to see elephants who are doing well and there is no doubt about that

The animals have very little space and many have nowhere to go to get away from humans, especially the big cats have very little space.

Very nice. Clean and good layout. Under construction due to pending addition of the pandas.

Usually it is nice to be. But it's incredible that so many people are being shut in, as there were today. It's hard to endure and enjoy yourself when you walk so close that your arms are in your body !! And that's because of what my review this time did not get super good.

Had no expectations but it was a visit I will never forget

Beautiful and clean place, prices are normal, food delicious!
