Yesterday 21 February 2020 I went to this ministerial seat for an Italy-Azerbaijan Business Summit, many years after the last visit. It may have been the period, but the architectural structure and in general the internal atmosphere turned out to be cold and distant. On the contrary, the exterior is large, sunny and in any case monumental. Particular is the large Conference and Meeting Room where part of the seats reserved for guests are located on the sides to allow a better modulation of the central space for the numerous foreign Delegations.
