Today, 16/06/2024, I was checking the last date of my filter change and I found it was previously changed to 14/12/2023. As per the contract, every 4 months they must replace them, and now it’s been 6 months nobody has called and checked.
They used to call me every day for renewal of my contract and once I renewed it they stopped sending messages. Now there are no calls for feedback after replacing the filters.
So, I think this company is facing some serious issues with their quality of services.
Therefore, I suggest everyone who purifiers must not go with coolpex.
