Not a bad stay really nice and staff are really hospitable

Very spacious and clean place for family, with breakfast provided.

I found the bistro meal and staff excellent. But the gaming staff not so friendly.

Excellent place for an overnight stay. Rooms are quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful and food is very good.
Beds are nice and soft and very comfortable.
Definitely recommend.

Graat meal though one dish took longer to arrive. Was told Breakfast boxes were in rooms. No Breakfast boxes. No towels. Got these replaced. Found the TV would not work after having dinner despite it working before leaving for dinner. No bathmat or facewashers. Housekeeping not really good. Found no one at reception to ask questions after dinner. Toilet roll holder kept falling off the Wall and Toilet seat kept moving.Early start next morning. So didnt bother. Needs improvement.

Beer is reasonably priced for this type of establishment. Nice and large room to have a drink and chat.

Too many people reserving machines while playing on others,some reserve machines then go home . WHAT!

Lots of young people during early mornings most harmless everyone to them selfs

Very comfortable and clean room. Good food in the bistro. A little understaffed but friendly staff.

I had to kill 50 minutes in the morning waiting for the manager to arrive in "10 minutes" because of "procedure". I just needed one item that I left behind and there were workers there from 7am in the morning. Is it really that much trouble to be honest about what you can and cannot do? Get it together!

Would never go back here.i seen 3 Drug deals going down in the carparkin the first 10 minutes standing ithere while waiting on reception .nowhere safe to leave your car.room was not to bad . outside is not a safe area.

Small gaming room with limited machine variety. Mostly older men hammering away from machine to.machine trying to pull a win. The restaurant section is much larger and offers far more space for patrons to move around and mingle. The handy car park entrance at back brings you directly to pokies or restaurant.the TAB is almost the same size as the restaurant and the entrance from the front. There were just 2 ladies managing the entire venue so service would have been slow had we all needed to collect, given that I didn't see even one person get a book pay( a payout over $200).

It has change a lot price on food was good beer avg but clean and nice

I called in to go to the toilet (lol) But I did go in and have a look around . All looks great food service I was to early for .

The food come out to slow it took 1 hour and half before we got our My hamburger patty it look you bought it from Coles it wasn't very appetizing I just top ate top of the roll and cheese

Absolutely first class service! Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. The venue looked amazing and the food was delicious! All of the 150 guests who attended my wedding absolutely loved it. I can't Thank the staff enough who helped make our special day memorable.

Really cheap tasty meals, staff pleasant, great selection of beers and service on the whole great. Would vote with my dollar and definitely visit again.

Excellent stay super comfy beds, clean tidy rooms, excellent yummy food relaxing environment with friendly staff and atmosphere. Outside looks can be deceiving just walk inside it's great.

It was a very clean nice place a big inside playground for the kids to play on the food there was good and the rooms were decent would definitely recommend it to others

Stay 2 nights room was never cleaned whole time. 4 off us staying but only 2 towels. Meals at hotel was ok friday night explain the king prawn chicken avocado only had 3 prawn on top. Was a rip off. Saturday night meals was horrible. One of the bar staff she was very rude

Pretty awesome, heaps of entertainment with the TAB nearby, and also the BWS. Great pub/bar style meals and great service for drinks. Especially for the sport fans who like to bet!

If I could give this place NO stars I would!
I organised my partners 21st birthday in their function room and I was absolutely disgusted with the way the staff were acting towards us. The birthday boy fell asleep in his chair, the staff obviously didn't like that after one of them called him "a waste of space". We spent almost $1,000 on food and was nowhere near that. We payed $100 for the function to finish at 1am and the bar was cut off at 12am, and the birthday boy and I were home well before 1am. Beer was flat, glasses were warm. One of the staff members were racist towards a family member, she was refused service. Later on the staff member apologised for her disgusting behaviour. Horrible service! Food came out way to late. I will never recommend anybody to hold their function here, absolutely disgraceful !

Can t find happier people to serve,,asked the man/woman not sure ,what there pies are like,it says ,,like a pie ,,,

Went there for first and last time this evening.
Went there before 8.00 pm on my way home.
Ordered a pot of VB & the $8 Parma.
Then waited. And waited. And when the bistro was down to me and 2 people being served dessert at 8.50, I asked to cancel the order and left

Needed a rewards card reprinted. Staff extremely helpful.

Yes the staff I think they have a problem. Not a good service. Treatment really bad. Iam not sure perhaps won't going back there. Put this way a couple of people want make a difference

Had a wonderful stay at Coolaroo Hotel with my wife to attend the Neil Diamond Show. What a night! The singer/songwriter Craig Stewart did not disappoint, with a awesome performance, thank you Craig and staff and management for a memorable night. We stayed the night. Spotless room. Lovely breakfast pack. All the staff very friendly. Please come and checkout this venue, you wont be disappointed. We will be back!! Thanks again everyone. Just one thing, our time there went too quick!!. Marie and Geoff, Berwick.

Clean, food specials were a good price and quality.
Room adequate, bed comfortable.

Food was disgusting. I had a chicken parmigiana that was dry and disgusting. My family members had a schnitzel that I would not of feed to my dog it was that dry. The side salads were wilted and did not even have a dressing. A complete waste of money. Will not be returning here.

Thanks to all who made my stay so comfortable and pleasant. The room was wonderful and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I look forward to my next trip down from Sydney. Thanks again.

Always go here for Christmas every year. The lunch menu has a 3 course offering usually and all items including the roast dishes were very filling, well presented and have never dived in quality thus far. Tables there were set with all the required cutlery and were overly well presented. I need to personally go more year round to get a feel for the whole place. But Christmas has always been well sorted for both food, service and overall environment.

Great family friendly place to stay very clean and convenient would recommend this place to stay.

Great day in the bar Thurday..Awesome steak and chips would highly recommend and also backed couple winners.. Need to mention Great service from the barman Daz who doesn't mind telling a joke or 2 i will definitely be back

This hotel is in a casino. The desk is not staffed full time...you have to find someone in the casino to check in. Thankfully, the room was clean. For the price we expected the outside to be in better shape- very worn. We will not use this brand again. Very disappointing.

Great service. 24 x 7 friendly staff allowed late night check in. Late night snacks freshly made toasted sandwiches yum. The aircon is not intrusive room is cool, despite hot weather. nice pillow. zzzzz

The food is not good at all waited 45 min for a party it was burnt chips were fowl nasty food don't bother

Room was fine, bed comfy. Restaurant meal was really ordinary and some of our starters forgotten. Asked about desserts as menu suggested.... Ice cream or pavlova?? Shame because everything else was great.

Great meal and friendly helpful service, generous sizes meals at an affordable price, it's become a favorite of ours, Nicole in the bistro is an absolute riot, she makes every visit an enjoyable one.
