These are the worst water bottles I have ever purchased. Within a few weeks the metal spring had broken off on one, and the plastic lid on the other one snapped. Water bottles without a lid are pretty useless, I guess I'll use them to water my plants.
Customer service is a joke. The numbers on the website and if you google CoolGear are different but both are to the same answering service. I called both numbers and got an automated response to leave a message. I even typed out an email on their website and sent it through their system and it came back undeliverable? What kind of business are these guys?
Just bought a pink plastic with rubber coolgear keep chuggin water bottle from Walmart and absolutely LOVE it!!! It keeps every beverage cold for hours! Holds 48 ounces which is enough for me. Thank you for such a good product!
