Would be five, but it's a pain getting in and out of. Food is always great though!

Milk shake and food is good but the wait is always long and your order is always wrong

Great never had an order wrong here milkshakes are always amazing of course lol and very friendly people

I'm not from the area, and this place soon became a go-to for a good, quick, and reasonably priced burger.

My chicken is always hard like rubber and burnt. Yuck!

Always enjoy the food and sweet tea, however on this day the cashier seemed very offended when I pointed out a mistake she had made. On a previous visit, another cashier "caught" an attitude as well. Disappointed in my last couple of trips to Battleground location...this saddens me to a point because I choose that location over all of the others.

I ordered a double burger tray and the patties was so burnt they looked like sausage patties. The french fries was so old and overcooked they had no insides. It was terrible

Best fast food burger in town. Get the your burger cheddar style! Also you can mix flavors in the milk shakes. My current favorite is peanut butter fudge banana.

To start, the order was missing 3 items, which we paid for.
The single hotdog (we ordered 2), was small.
They forgot the chicken nuggets.
They also didn't make one of our fry orders into a cajun fry. But, ya know, both orders of fries were lukewarm at best anyway.

They put ice in the drinks when we requested no ice - 3 times -.

They were rude and rushing us, despite not being busy.
This is the second review I've ever posted in my life, and the only negative one.
Get your lives together, Cookout.

Worse cook out in Greensboro, I usually don't like to give bad rate to a restaurant but this time I had to. The staff was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful from the time they took my order until I came back to get a refund because this was the 3 times they had messed me up. The employee had the audacity to blame me for her mistakes instead of apologizing and taking responsibility. Definitely one of my worste experience in fast food.

I was waiting for my order ready in the cold for almost 20 minutes, and the folks inside looking at it and did nothing !! Lack of respect with customer bought and paid !!

Horrible experience, grilled chicken was old and hard, fries were wet and soft and something bad was in the milkshake. My lip and side of face swelled. Still swollen today. Will never eat there again.

Our most visited cookout due to the convenience of our location, customer service tonight was the worse. "Aaliyah" the cashier listed on the receipt was very rude and had an attitude for no apparent reason from the moment we pulled to the speaker and rushed us through our order, ordering for two (is that all). While sitting at the window to get sauce to go with the tenders she placed her hands on her head, huffed and puffed then finally opened the window as if us spending our money at this restaurant was a hindrance. Definitely disappointed and pissed of after tonight's experience!

This location is just one of many I have been disappointed in lately. When I go to a cookout I always get a big double burger with cheese and pickles, and the last few times I have gone not to just this location but others in this area the burger is so thin and burnt and only half the size of the bun. Very disappointing! :( Milkshakes are still great though...when they get your flavor right

WORST COOKOUT EVER.!!! I have been back to this cookout a bunch of times trying to give them a chance and my food is never ever right.! I went last night with a group of 3 and my friend had my sandwhich and I had one of their sides. My boyfriend had both my sides and I had his sandwhich. My order was a grilled chicken sandwhich with mayo, fries and corn dog. My tray had a cheese burger with a texas pete wrap and it did have fries but I counted and they literally only gave me 8 fries.! Never will go here again.!

Anything outside a milkshake is trash and thats an easy win because its cold sugar on a hot day. Undercooked and Inconsistent portions.

Hope that guy that owned shares in the company and got all froggy (when i handed food back) got fired.

Not a pleasant experience, horrible customer service. Too many times this location has forgot to place items in order. Left the drive thru and got a mile down the street and noticed that we were missing a fry. Normally I would not bother turning around because my time and gas money is more than a cost of a fry. In this case it was for my child so I turned around and the cook out employee argued with me that it was in the bag and they know it. I advised they could check if they pleased and they rolled their eyes and said whatever. I will never return, Wendy's will get my business. Thank you. Update::: I have kept my commitment i have never returned to this location or any Cook out location due to this incident. Wendys is just down the street from this location and has been a real upgrade in customer service and food quality and portion sizes/prices.

Consistently good, very affordable choice. No dine-in at this location, so 4 instead of 5.

Every time I order an Cajun grilled chicken sandwich from here it is burnt to the point where I can't even bite it. There is no reason I should be able to peel the skin off a grilled chicken breast.

So the employee was friendly this time which is why it's two stars instead of one. That's not always the case. But they consistently get something wrong with my food. And it's not the stuff like what I want on my burger that they get wrong. It's the little things. I am 100% positive I requested seasoning on three orders of fries and I got no seasoning on all three. Just unwrapped the burger, sandwich halfway together, totally wilted lettuce under the sandwich, overcooked nuggets. C'mon Cookout, do better!

I m not sure who manages this establishment however, the crew members definitely need re-training on customer service. Girl taking orders was extremely rude and team leader wasn t far off. A group of young unprofessionals. One day they are going to come across the wrong person :)

Cook Out offers tasty food at a great price. It's drive-through or walk-up only, no inside or outside seating. Also, while the service is fast and friendly, make sure you double check that your order was correctly filled before driving/walking home.

Food is usually good, however the employees are usually rude. The man over the speaker tonight asked me four times what drink I wanted, getting angrier each time even though I was practically yelling my order at him. They seem to not pay attention... The food was sideways in the bag and they forgot my drinks. Not a great experience.

Horrible experience. First, we had to repeat the order 3 separate times to two different employees. Then for one JR tray and one regular tray it s $14?! THEN we don t even get the sauce requested, correct drinks, or a receipt. The chicken nuggets were so small. I feel robbed. Helen Keller could ve done a better job. Never using this location again.

Tasty burgers and fries and the milkshakes (especially Oreo) are out of this world. If there is a line, you will likely wait a while and this is not the fastest place.

No indoor seating. Their milkshake are fabulous and the flavors are amazing!

Ever had A12 o'clock craving for some barbecue with hot sauce. Great place, fast and friendly service through the drive-through. Top it off with a homemade banana milkshake. Yum

Cookout has great food, and great prices. Love the options and the fast and convenient service.

Cookout is always great, my only complaint is that this location can be difficult to get in and out of during peak hours.

I love getting shakes here late at night. Shakes are think and there over 30 kinds to choose from.

Friendly but crowded and was disappointed could not make me a quesadilla when there advertised prominently.

I love Cook Out! This location is a drive around take out with two drive thru windows. You can get your burger just about anyway you want. It has that grilled taste you can't find anywhere else. They also have a lot of other options like hot dogs, corn dogs, fries and hushpuppies.Their BBQ comes with slaw/hot sauce and it's delicious. Even though it's a drive thru the wait time is minimal. I've never ordered anything from Cook Out that wasn't delicious for a fast food restaurant.

They are pretty nice. Pretty good, even when they are packed.

You can't inside at this location but it does have a walk up window. The milkshakes are amazing!

Their speaker systems are not great in both drive-through lanes, but their food is consistently good. Plus, their milkshakes are the best!

They have give me the wrong order the past 3 times Ive been. They always under serve the side items, and every time I've gotten onion rings they are smashed into a pile. This is a terrible cookout, don't eat here

I always get the big double cookstyle cheeseburger and it is always delicious! The burger taste like it came right off a charcoal grill! The fries are yummy too!!

Food was fresh, service was good. The tight area and small space for lines caused us to have to wait in the side street to get in. Four stars due to lack of space to get on the lot.

Line moves incredibly fast and unlike other fast food places my order is never wrong.

Food is always good, just be sure to check your order before leaving. About 80% of the time this location gets the order wrong when we visit.

Aluminum pieces in both our double burgers! My wife's burger had a piece in between the parties and mine had a piece about the size of a Nickle under them. I was going to call and tell a manager, but there is no phone number listed here. I love the food and milkshakes here...hope they can improve quality control!

They have a great place to eat in food is great special is the grilled onions
