Not a pleasant experience, horrible customer service. Too many times this location has forgot to place items in order. Left the drive thru and got a mile down the street and noticed that we were missing a fry. Normally I would not bother turning around because my time and gas money is more than a cost of a fry. In this case it was for my child so I turned around and the cook out employee argued with me that it was in the bag and they know it. I advised they could check if they pleased and they rolled their eyes and said whatever. I will never return, Wendy's will get my business. Thank you. Update::: I have kept my commitment i have never returned to this location or any Cook out location due to this incident. Wendys is just down the street from this location and has been a real upgrade in customer service and food quality and portion sizes/prices.
