I got a beautiful vehicle and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the transition a very positive experience.
I had a great experience with my sales guy Will Molina. He helped me a lot to find me a car that I was looking for (Altima SR or SL) with low miles & even one I wasn t looking at either (Maxima). . The only thing I will say is the prices online is different than the prices that are in the store. It doesn t list the docking fees that the dealership adds to the price. It only list the taxes & title fees . But other than that I had a great experience & would definitely recommend this dealership.
There was a line of cars when I arrived and I had an appointment. Surprisingly my service request didn't take long at all. Very happy and the technicians are always friendly and helpful. I really like that they don't push you into buying more than you need at the time
Cornelius Marks was very professional and provided answers to all the questions I had. He offered beverages and snacks while I waited. Even kept the conversation going while the paperwork was being done. It felt good dealing with someone down to earth and not just a salesman. While walking through the dealership I kept seeing the same sign on everyone s window. Providing exceptional customer service. That s exactly the service he provided and I would highly recommend him to any Nissan customers now and in the future.
I recently had service done on my 370Z. This is the nearest dealership to my house so the car was towed to Conyers. When the car was picked up, there was grease all over the drivers seat and door handle. They did clean it up. When I wanted to speak with someone about the way my car was left, Nathalie forwarded my concern and information to a used car salesman who couldn t help me. This dealership takes absolutely no pride in their work and doesn t care about their customers. I would rather drive over an hour to Regal Nissan who do provide outstanding service. I will never use Conyers Nissan again!
They pull your credit without agreeing on the drive amount and tell you that we haven't pulled your credit. They have change the drive out amount 3 times. They have nonsense fees on Bill of Sale.

My service rep Jerry was AMAZING. So friendly and so helpful. I have never had a bad experience with this Nissan location. I towed my car all the way from Atlanta after losing my keys just to work with them because they have my trust. 10/10 would recommend!
I always get exceptional customer service whenever I go in for an oil change. The service team is made up of mostly men. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about your car care. Jerry is very helpful and informative about the service requirements of your car. He's definitely a valuable asset to your company. Mr Tony is another great guy. Very friendly and he keeps you in the know while your car is being serviced. A great place.
This is my second time back the salesman was wonderful and very helpful. I was able to leave the dealership with a new car no problems. He was very informative and answered any questions I had about purchasing the vehicle.
