Location with easy access. The vast majority of university employees provide reliable information on procedures and courses. The place has a great structure, with lots of open space, light and airy. The financial service, at least on the day I went, is fast. The enrollment process is also fast (depending on the student's situation and documents) and I even managed to get the Registration Statement the same day I did it. The university is organized, well structured and with a good concept in its courses (even those of distance education).

I did a master's degree and really enjoyed the course at the university!

Total disorganization since the classes will start and until today there is no answer if there will be a vacancy or not. It seems to me that they are not finding my application that I made more than a month ago ,.

They need to improve the infrastructure a lot, but all the staff are kind and considerate. Teachers are good. URGENT need of a parking lot. Impossible to park nearby in addition to the risk of theft.

I was helping my boyfriend in the process of transferring his Environmental Engineering course to Fumec, we informed him from the first contact that he was a PROUNI fellow and that he needed a brief return because he had a short period to request the transfer of the scholarship. The Course Coordinator analyzed the grade, made the return, we even set up his possible class schedule. They went so far as to inform us of the procedure for obtaining the scholarship transfer key in his city ... and on the final day, where he would seek the necessary documentation and perform the enrollment, they simply said that they did not accept PROUNI in college. I found such incompetence !! They made us lose time and create expectations that the transfer would work !! The minimum that is expected of an HEI is that it clarifies important details from the beginning for the student's demand. And I believe that this information should have been the FIRST to be given, as it was an impediment to the continuation of the process. A clowning !!
