I have paperless billing, but never receive an email with that my bill is ready. I just have to remember every two months to check my account. They send me other emails, but no bills.
Now, I am trying to pay my final bill since we moved, and am unable to do so in the app, online, or the automated system. The app, and online system tell me to enter my zip code, but do not give me a field box to do so. The automated system rejects both my new zip code, and the zip code for the residence at which I had their service. When I call the office, I just get the run around. It should not be this hard to make a payment!

Note to the collections department: You might want to stop putting past due notice stickers on the outside of your paper bills. Not only is it tacky but it s illegal. You re putting private account information on the outside of an envelope on a big red sticker for everyone to see. Ridiculous.

You must be kidding, a 6% water rate increase in 2018. Give us a break!!! You have raised rates too often by too much. I vote to replace the Board of Directors and the General Manager with people who are more thrifty with the consumers money!
