I have paperless billing, but never receive an email with that my bill is ready. I just have to remember every two months to check my account. They send me other emails, but no bills.
Now, I am trying to pay my final bill since we moved, and am unable to do so in the app, online, or the automated system. The app, and online system tell me to enter my zip code, but do not give me a field box to do so. The automated system rejects both my new zip code, and the zip code for the residence at which I had their service. When I call the office, I just get the run around. It should not be this hard to make a payment!
