I have worked with Continental Realty Corporation ...

I have worked with Continental Realty Corporation for more than 20 years as a vendor. They are an honest company with old school values and loyalty who have set a high standard in the industry. It has been a valued partnership for more than two decades. It s a real pleasure to work with a group of professionals who care so much about their properties.

I live in Kenilworth at Perring Park and the apartment buildings are infested with rodents. Luckily, I haven t had any in my apartment; but I live on the top floor and you can hear them running around at all hours of the day and night in the attic. Pest control came out maybe twice since I made a complaint back in October (it's now December) and it seems the infestation is worst. My family and I have not been able to get a good nights rest since this all began. When I talked with maintenance I was told it was nothing they could do but let it run its course. I pay too much money to not be able to enjoy a good nights sleep in my own home. I submitted a third maintenance request about the issue this morning (12/5/19), so I ll see how they will respond.

I love my apartment home at Brook View Apartments ...

I love my apartment home at Brook View Apartments (Mt. Washington Area). I have lived here since Dec. 2018 and I intend on staying here until I am ready to buy a house. I have a large ground floor apartment that face a wooded view for added serene effect. My apartment is very cozy and spacious to fit my family of 5, ample closet space and a laundry room big enough for not only storage but enough space to handle all of my laundry needs. Not all of the apartments here have this pantry-like laundry room, only the ground floors. Hey we have to get something for not having those 2 big beautiful balconies the other apartments above us have, lol. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and the maintenance staff is always on top of the request you put in. Pretty quiet neighborhood and I definitely feel safe with the fire station across the street and over the Brook that makes Brook View, Brook View. Truly a beautiful place to call home.

We have been having electrical issues at our place...

We have been having electrical issues at our place at St. Mary's Square for 2 months. Lights are flickering every day and the circuit breakers are tripping every other day. This has been on the property manager Kristen Kirsch's watch for at least a month and it is becoming clear to us she does not want to spend the money that is needed to have a professional come fix this nor does she want to get this resolved quickly. Instead she wants to make small modifications which has not been working and has been at our detriment to not have this thoroughly fixed. After being in close contact with her for a week, she has provided excuses for everything and she will not take the needed responsibility to get this problem solved. It has came to the point where she has offered we move apartments and then they will conduct a thorough check of the apartment. They will make sure the safety standard is set for the next tenant to move in but not for us. This place is VERY unprofessional and the politeness of the staff is very see-through when they do not fix issues.

I live at one of Continental's communities and it's truly a great place to live. The sense of community is great. Service requests are always done in a timely manner. The community in which I live is also very close to all the new shops along with any restaurant you can think of. I also havent experienced anything but awesome customer service. I definitely recommend!

The maintenance crew is excellent but everything else about our complex is a misery. They got us to sign a lease on a floor plan which they then didn t give us (meaning we have 200sq.ft. less than promised; the entire complex is completely inaccessible to disabled people (no ramps or elevators anywhere on the property), which is a violation of the law (ADA); they leave threatening letters about undercover police in the hallways to warn their college kid tenants against drinking beer (we re adults and don t need to be threatened with surveillance); they contract out towing to a horrific, unethical company which tows whomever they want even without reason sometimes and charge whatever they want; it costs $5 per person to use the pool (yes, including residents); they make you beg for a visitors pass if you ever want company to come over and the list goes on. We will not renew our lease, nor do we recommend anybody start one.

WORST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH! Nicole the property manager at Millworks kept over $1500 of my 2,700 deposit and made up fake fees because we had issues about her mistreating me after maintenance men broke into my apartment. The company has not reached out to me even after I told them we had issues!

I ve worked with the Continental communities for years as one of their flooring vendors. They have always set a high standard in the industry for creating successful partnerships. Walking into one of their communities and feeling the welcoming environment is a sure way to make your day!

Continental realty a sets the standard in regards ...

Continental realty a sets the standard in regards to residential property management in my opinion. I work. for a local pest control company and have had the privilege of being the account representative for the last ten years. I have always found them to be extremely responsive to their residents. They consistently go over and above to not only meet the expectations of their residents, but exceed them.

I recommend that all avoid renting at Millworks Apartments in Atlanta, GA. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with management.

1) The staff is unresponsive and frequently lacks the ability to provide knowledgeable answers. With the exception of the Community Manager, Shawn, the staff regularly does not know answers to common questions and will provide incorrect answers. This results in unnecessary follow-ups with Shawn to obtain the correct information to move forward with.

2) Management was unwilling to compromise on a common-sense solution to leave our lease early during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although we provided more than enough notice, they would not take any action to put the apartment on the market. Management would not post the apartment on the website or show it to prospective renters. They were set on making us pay a fee to break our lease, knowing that we had one of the most popular floor plans that would likely be rented within a week or two at most. The lack of flexibility especially in the current environment is very disappointing and insensitive.

The competence of management is an important component when renting at an apartment complex. I have had similar situations with other management companies that were a lot more accommodating when providing answers and solutions. I would recommend looking into some competing apartment complexes and management companies.
