I had a water damage issue in the basement from my furnace. I was thankful to have worked with Nic during this whole process. He was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns I had, and worked with my insurer with estimated costs. He was able to accommodate my schedule and have someone come out right away. The remodel was done within a reasonable time and it turned out amazing, 5/5 would highly recommend!!
Nic and Gus were outstanding to work with!! We suffered some water damage in our kitchen from a leaky dishwasher. Nic responded quickly to our call for help, getting the fans and dehumidifiers up and running to aid in the dry out process. We were also SO thankful for Nic's work with the detailed estimate and the coordination with our insurer. When it came time for repairs, both Nic and Gus were great with communication. Gus came out to the house on several occasions before any work began to talk us through various considerations for our remodel. He was always generous with his time, and treated us with great respect. In terms of the remodel, it was done on time, to our expectations, and within our budget. What more could we ask?!? When you cold call a company in a time of need, you don't necessarily know what you're going to get. Our experience with TRAC Solutions was outstanding, and I will recommend them to any who find themselves in a similar time of need.
Our cottage was destroyed when a neighboring home had a propane explosion. TRAC came in and handled everything, starting with packing up any saveable household items. They gutted our structure down to the studs and did a total rebuild. They even had a clean up crew come in and clean before moving all of our belongs back in. We have a beautiful finished product. Everyone we worked with were professsional and very knowledgeable. They kept us informed during the process and were always happy to answer questions. Dave, Kyle, Jesse and Tim were great to work with. We get many compliments on our cottage and thank TRAC and their employees for a job very well done.
Trac helped us make the best of a tough situation with a leak from our bathroom through to our living room right before the holidays and during this pandemic. Jesse and his team were profession through it all. Making us feel assured during this time of duress. From removing and drying the damage out to getting the fixtures installed. Their work is fantastic. To top it off, matching a tough ceiling fan finish. I sincerely appreciate all their efforts and couldn t thank them enough. This team is highly recommended!

I had my air ducts cleaned and the technician was very friendly. He was patient with my dog pestering him and didn't seem to mind working around my disorganized house as we were repainting at the time.
