We have a brother living at Conservatory Pond Retirement Residence in Kingston for the last four years. From the General Manager through all the various staff members we have found a very caring and compassionate staff at every level. As health and personal health issues change, the staff are flexible and sensitive to personal concerns and challenges and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate a resident. My family is grateful and thankful that our loved one resides at The Pond. We wish all seniors could enjoy such a wonderful residence at this stage of their life.

Conservatory Pond
I've been visiting this place for awhile and not once have I ever noticed any miss conduct, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I've always been greeted with a smile.
Worked within this home for the past 13 years, I adore my residents and fellow co workers! I have made this my life long place to be and I wouldn t change it. This is truly a place to call home for your loved ones
Have been a performer here for years. A really great staff and the residents are wonderful to be around. Keep up the great work Conservatory Pond and thanks for always having me!
I can't say enough wonderful things about the care and attention the staff gave in caring for my stepmother. I was always confident she was living in a safe, clean, and well-attended residence. Communication was the key in making this a thoroughly enjoyable experience for everyone.
The staff have been nothing but welcoming and compassionate towards the residents and creates an easy, comfortable environment to work in. Lovely experience working with the staff here!
I stayed in Chartwell Conservatory Pond in respite care from April 18 to May 18th 2018. From the moment I stepped through the door of my big bright beautiful suite, I was made to feel at home by the amazing staff and managerial team. Within seconds it seemed everyone knew my name and went out of their way to ensure all my dietary, personal and health needs were met. I truly felt welcomed and cared for in a setting that was not stiff and stagnant but rather open, warm and flexible.
The Pond was my last placement and first job as a Personal Support Worker. I worked there for 2 years after graduating and Conservatory Pond taught me many skills in my career. I had a wonderful experience with the residents and fellow colleagues. The Pond is very homey and maintains an exciting atmosphere. I still visit as much as I can
My father has been a resident for over 2 years now and we are really happy with almost everything about Conservatory Pond. The staff are caring and professional. After a bad fall in his apartment, the staff checked up on him when he didn't show up for a meal and found him needing help. Due to medical complications he has had to have significant changes to his diet and accommodations were (and continue to be) made. I see other residents also being given significant accommodations as their situation warrants. And the food is excellent - I love eating there. I am so relieved knowing that he is so well taken care of here.
My grandmother has been here for respite a few times. All I can say is what a beautiful and brilliant retirement residence. Staff are engaged, caring, and professional. Thank you!!!
They take great care of my Oma and Opa. Staff are very nice, and willing to work hard to make sure our grandparents feel independent and yet safe.
Amazing place a home away from home for you re loved ones Good environment staff are welcoming and treat you like you re all part of a family :)
Did my grade 10 placement here, staff were very welcoming and the residents were inviting. It s a great place to work
I've heard great things about this home, the staff and managers are super friendly when I come to pick up my sister from work the residents always say hello and seem happy to live there and always have nice things to say about this home. Always nice to see everyone smiling
Great place to work and from what I hear a awesome place to live,The programs and outings keep the residents busy and active both physically and mentally,The location of the building allows great views and even having a little green space.
Played some old-time acoustic/singalong songs on the patio for the residents on afternoon of Sep 4, a beautiful sunny, if somewhat breezy day! It was a great for all! Looking forward to a return engagement! Thanks Holly!
Our mother has been a resident at Conservatory Pond for more than 3 years now and the care she has received has always been exemplary. All of the staff - the people at reception (Shannon, Kathy & Gloria), Cathy Collette and the PSW's, and the dining room servers, are friendly and generous with their time. During this time of physical distancing it has been comforting to know that our mother is safe and surrounded by a caring community. Special mention needs to go to Ryan Wilkinson, the sales manager who has been very helpful in planning for the future and Holly Maskell, activities coordinator, who has done a stellar job during the Covid-19 lockdown to keep spirits up. Wonderful job!
I absolutely adore the residents at this home and being able to get to k ow each and every person personally and being part of their lives! I've worked here for almost 2 years and wouldn't change that for anything! I enjoy working with all the staff and seeing the residents every day!
My dad stayed a "The Pond" over the last several weeks and it is the first time I've had a decent night's sleep in quite a while. Great care, great staff (esp. Cathy on the desk!) and great food. Highly recommend it!
