Worst builders. Delayed my condo by over 18 months and installed faulty appliances. Quick to take my money but very easy for them to delay their delivery dates
Burn ur money. Throw it out of the window. Go 2 a casino or an escorts, donate even live under a rock but NEVER EVER deal with this builder.
I purchased semi detached in brampton, but all materials was poor quality floor, hardwood, door, trim. But after I upgraded by my self good quality I bought it.

Bad Customer Experience. I was working with buyer clients to purchase a pre-construction unit in Etobicoke and had agreed to nearly everything in their purchase agreement. The buyer's lawyer had a few (legitimate) concerns and suggested changes from the agreement. The builder apparently only meets with the agents once every week and does not work electronically. We had send a page with some changes to initiate a discussion and was told that the builder will not work with us - and the agent wouldn't provide a reason or explanation for why. The buyers rescinded their offer. If the builder isn't going to work to make buyers happy at the beginning of a transaction, how much worse would it be later?
Dont trust thos people. The worst developers. There's many better developers out there.

poor cx service, i have called in 4 times to get something fixed and they never come by.
The quality of the homes from this builder is of very low standards. I can list all of the issues we were faced with in our new home but there's just to many. The worst part about this builder is they try to justify why it's ok to have poor workmanship. How do you explain the walls cracking and the paint peeling after 3 months of moving in? How do you explain the upgraded counter tops having stains, when I had the exact same counter top with another reputable builder did not absorb stains? How is it the floors are separating? I can go on and on but this builder does not take any responsibility for their low standards of delivery and they have trained their employees to be just as.
Bought a brand new house from this builder. Roof was leaking and it took forever to fix. They did not finish a number of things and it was a nightmare to get them to come back and finish it. Many things are still undone a year and a half later. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Would suggest to stay away from this builder.
Never ever going to buy a house from these builders, no customer care, they will never get back to you, it has been 5 months for the kitchen sink leaking, and 19 phone calls during that time to give me a call back but nothing.

Cover of hood was the wrong size. Appliance technicians said they d inform customer service and come back. Been over a month, still waiting to hear from them. In the six weeks of gentle use, I came home to find the sink had collapsed. The stairs need varnish. They were damaged! Repair guy came and did half the work. No where to complain! Customer care doesn t take emails and offices are closed for COVID-19. They re using COVID as an excuse! Do I need to live with a broken sink, exposed pipes in my kitchen and sanded staircases till COVID ends, next year or the year after???? Is this home really worth over 2 mil?

bought a condo back in 2012 located in North York.Worst layout of the building as the amenities and common elements cutting around corner quality. Let alone the quality of material used. PLEASE SAVE your money and go to other reputable developers.
Misleading Advertisements. This company advertises starting price for a home and uses the maximum square footage on the same line. For example there's an AD in the Homes Section of the Toronto Star that lists Semis in Milton from $732,990 up to 2600 SQ FT which really includes the basement finished with cheap carpeting. Other builders advertise starting price as well as starting size which normally do not include cheap finished basement.
I bought a detached house from this group in Milton Ontario. Below average customer service, bellow average workmanship, Poor hardwood floors, under capacity air condition, useless designing of basement, chipped and damaged trim used all around the house. Just one base egg shell colour applied everywhere in the house. When I have to paint, I will have to paint the trim and the windows too with brilliant white as standard colour applied by them is off white egg shell everywhere as if the house is dipped in that colour. These guys don't sand and paint any damages you will notify them. If that is the case why they used just 1 base colour. They only do paint touch ups only to cover up there flaws from when they were painting the house. After sale service is pathetic especially when completing 8 month form because nothing is covered with reference to shifting and settling of the house although it was done poorly at the beginning. I will never buy a house from them ever again.

to be honest this bulder is not even worthy of one star. I purchased a house in milton less than 6 months ago and my roof leaked and caused a lot of damage. They sent this guy (same guy who came for PDI) and took some pictures and never inspected anything and said its an act of God and they are not going to cover it through warranty and wants us to get through insurance. The house is less than 6 months. I have bought a house from other builders but never had issues like this one. Like someone said they are quick to take your money but dont want to do anything... The guy who came for PDI also came with a tablet and we had to sign it before he showed us what the deficiencies listed. when we said we want to see it first before signing he said "not to worry I have listed all of them" The funny thing is that in the first PDI we have signed off that there are no deficiencies in the roof...and he said he emailed to us but was emailed to a wrong email address. Is that not so convenient and a coincidence? Dont buy from this builder unless you have money to throw and want a basic house for a high price. In case you have issues find a law team too because Tarion is in their sleeve and there is no help for the buyer. The customer care is worst because you cannot get in touch with the management ever. I agree with all the comments...Worst builder I have dealt with...
My whole experience with them was a nightmare. poor communication, they don't return your calls, your emails and your voicemails. Our closing got delayed, due to their negligence in returning the appraiser's call to book an appointment. The appraiser couldn't get hold of anyone in their office and finally appraised the house during our PDI appointment. AND funny thing is that they asked US to pay penalty for the delay.
Atrocious customer service: rude, arrogant and constantly deflecting blame. Will schedule a tradesman to fix something and will never give you a precise timing of when they will come. Instead, they provide you with a full-day window (7am-4pm) and in some cases the contractor never shows up. But of course, it's not their fault...will never purchase from this builder again.
We have just purchased a house and they were quick to take money and nothing else. I have purchased houses from other builders but this one takes the cake. If possible, do not bother with this builder. Lousy service and lousy customer care.

Extremely rude, allong with their sales manager Frank .. If you try to talk to the sales department you will get a voicemail of an imaginary representative called "Maria". I left about 7 messages (in 4 month period) and got no call back (cricket sound).... Then you call someone in charge, you get "Frank".... He doesn't even know what is he in charge of... You tell him that some agents are talking that the houses will be for sale in a month. I might as well talk to those agents, it seems like they have more knowledge than Frank. The head of unknown department.... To cover up his lack of knowledge, he becomes even more rude than the receptionist.... The whole organisation sounds like a circus freak-mafia show.... Stay away from the builders that don't even bother calling you back before you purchase their house... Do you think they will call you back once you purchase and you have a concern or a question??? You will be "talking" to "Maria's" unswering machine until your warranty expires....
