The Conrad is one of the best hotels I get to stay at year. Valet is attentive and will always have your car ready if you call. Beds Re super comfortable rooms are great. Plenty of outlets ad usb. Mini bar is great !

We stayed here one night with the kids and you can just feel the upscale demeanor and friendly service. The Valet people were as friendly as can be, the front desk staff engaged our kids and made them feel welcome and the bell hop/concierge was a worldly gentlemen who knew the lay of the land and was eager to make your trip pleasant. The pool is probably the best indoor pool around. Good acoustics, no chemical smell typically found in indoor pools and the water was perfect to open your eyes in. The attendants were eager to please with towels, water, and even apples for our starving kids. We would come back to the Conrad just to make it a day there and skip the childrens museum. Another plus is the Capital Grill which is connected to the lobby. Great for dinner and they serve a wonderful breakfast as well.

Stayed at Conrad for Christmas celebrations with family, our second time coming as a group. Everything was fine, but nothing spectacular and a few odd experiences that seemed out of place at an upscale hotel. The first things I noticed were cheap toilet paper and that the faucet was partially disassembled in our room. We had two dble beds that were made with different sheets, which was more odd than negative. The showers in all our family's rooms leaked everywhere bc of the design, so ask for extra towels. The final weirdness was that noone came to clean our room till after 4pm, which was inconvenient bc we had stayed out of the room all day so it could be freshened, and then came back to rest before dinner so when she came she gave us towels but didn't tidy, which wouldve been ok if it werent for the leaky shower. Positives? GREAT staff, convenient to downtown, they allow dogs, Capitol Grill rocks, and lots of places for family pics.

The room was beautiful, but some of the service was lacking. When we arrived, the room temp had been set to 45 degrees, making it quite cool. The requested mini fridge wasn't available in the room and it took 2 hours for someone to empty the concession fridge. The men's personal hygiene amenities were not present and needed to be requested. For these troubles we were comped breakfast and a couple drinks, but for what is supposed to be the best and finest Hilton has to offer, I felt it was lacking.

Mini bar is overpriced, but I guess that is to be expected. Rooms are great and staff are kind, but when I called to order some pillows, they never brought them. I called back an hour later and they said they were out! So, why didn't they call me back to tell me???

Great service from the very first moment we stepped through the doors. The complimentary bikes were great for riding around the city. The pool was clean well kept. Great location. Valet Parking is priced high.

Are 10 stars an option? A last minute trip took me to Indy and I was fortunate enough to stay at the Conrad. Having seen many of them oversees, I was excited to experience this flagship. From the time I pulled up till I hopped in the car after check out, the hotel was beyond stellar. I was in a suite that had a parlor room and bedroom, on a corner. It shared a view of the city, which at times can get a little loud but the windows were insulated well. The rooms were comfy, TVs throughout, and exceptionally comfy bed. Let's not forget the fresh flowers in the room and the shower product was scented in an elegant way. The shower head was two that extend out. It was like rain shower but in the rain forest, Ah... heaven! The lobby of the hotel was covered in fresh sunflowers, tied to the current art exhibit underway. The wine bar outside, amazing at night. The plates were larger then I anticipated they would be. Last but not least the Capital Grille located inside as well. The staff was always so friendly and attentive. I checked out at 5:30am, the front desk person offerred me a coffee to go or bottled water. Again - Impressed and details! If in Indy, I could not imagine staying at ANY other hotel, nor would I consider it.

I stayed here during my bachelorette weekend and I am so glad I did! It was a fantastic hotel. The hotel personnel discovered that it was my bachelorette weekend and then brought chocolates and champagne to my room. What a wonderful surprise! The wine bar attached to the Conrad was wonderful- you can try multiple wines, which are really good. The rooms were clean, pretty, and smelled good. I would highly recommend the Conrad!

Heard every car horn, ambulance, etc. I'm the speaker at an event, and was stuck in a parlor room with a folding sofa bed that was hard and uncomfortable. My wake up call was late, and there's no breakfast. I would give them 1 star but they did accommodate me when my company messed up my reservation (albeit the accommodation was a room with a sofa bed). Editing my review and dropping to one star because wifi is slow unless you want to pay more

My daughters and I stayed here for the first time upon recommendation from my mother. It is attached to the Capital Grille on one end and Tastings (Wine and Tapas Bar) on the other. The rooms are luxurious and the staff was friendly from the doorman to front desk to housekeeping.

The Conrad was extremely nice. Check in through the Hilton Honors app was efficient, however the digital key does not work for the hallway door on the 6th floor, you have to use a physical key - so that defeats the purpose of the app if youre staying on the 6th floor. Pool and spa were very nice, although the heated pool was a little chilly. The rooms were gorgous, especially the bathrooms. I don't understand why such a nice and fancy hotel has such outdated phones and mini fridges for the rooms but thats very minor. Lovely experience overall, and the staff I did have interactions with were friendly and courteous - especially the bellhops and valet guys.

Wonderful service! Room had plenty of space. Great for a romantic weekend away. Pool could have been warmer, but that is a small gripe. Thank you for having coffee available in the morning downstairs!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities, at least from what I saw, were clean and well put together. The food that was served during the event was good and the wait staff was commendable.

Great hotel in the middle of the city! A shopping mall is direct accessible via the hotel, no need to cross the street. There are plenty of restaurants in the 5 minutes walking distance! The rooms are big and newly furnished. The gym, pool, locker rooms, sauna and spa area is incredible well equipped. The breakfast was delicious as well. I can only recommend staying there.

Everything, and I mean everything was amazing. But I have two complaints. One is more with luxury hotels in general. You tip for everything. You pay top dollar for everything. Soda in the room? Sell a kidney to pay for it. Kids get into crackers? God help you. <br/>Now the big one. The soap was garbage. We were asked if we had allergies when we arrived. Strange question. I answered seasonal and a few. Then my hands started looking and feeling like I was in a fire after day 2. I took a picture of my hand the final day after I found out it was the hotel's soap that was causing the reaction and so much pain. Glad at least that was an inclusive benefit.

Three day Thursday thru Sunday stay and staff were always super. We ate breakfast daily in attached restaurant and it was consistently good. Although we paid highest rate, the view was substandard as seen in picture. Coffee makers are SO loud that the next room sounded like an an alarm in our room. Mattresses Need upgraded - definite sag. We did have issue with bathroom electrical outlets and tv not working but hotel gave $50 discount because of the inconvenience. Location is perfect for downtown but for the cost, other hotels have more updated accommodations.

Hotel was very noisy. Every time someone shut their door it would slam. This was constant and kept us awake. We could hear the people on either side of our room talking. The hotel gave us a free night to be used in the future because of the noise problems.

Why is this more expensive than anything else downtown? We spent the extra money because they had a hot tub and never got to use it because the hours were so limited. We went to tastings and never got served or acknowledged. We did say something the next day to the head concierge that gave use cards in compensation but the next night the service was mediocre on a Monday. There was no breakfast which I guess may be considered less classy to have but there was just no reason this hotel should have been as expensive as it was! Very disappointed and won t be coming here again

Downtown Indianapolis. Connected to Circle Center Mall. Small fitness center. Great pool. Steam room inside locker room. Spa and Hair salon with a small Aveda product shop. King room was spacious with a large tub and shower. TV in the bathroom. No fridge. 3-4 types of pillows available by just calling front desk. Two bars. Capital Grille restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend if you like upscale hotels.

Corporate policy to book a minimum of two nights is unreasonable and not business friendly. I am forced to book flights back home a day later or forfeit one night stay, completely unnecessarily thanks to this policy. Sorry I cannot give this issue a "0" star rating on this particular issue.

I have been in very nice 4 to 5 stars hotels around the world and Conrad is right up there with those that make the 5 star level in those hotel magazines. The area is clean along with the hotel room. Beautiful artwork around the hotel. Top notch food at the attached restaurants Tastings and Capital Grille. Service is excellent as they have a pillow menu and when I called in my order, the pillows were received within 10 minutes. Valet was great as well, car would be pulled up within 10 minutes of request and doors were opened for us (a great thing in my dress with heels). Front desk always polite and quick to fulfill any request. Highly recommend for anyone staying downtown.

6 out if 5 stars. I came to the Conrand to celebrate the Indy 500. Unfortunatly, I became quite sick, and the hotel staff helped my husband get me help and home quickly, even though they had VIPs and race fans to attend to.

Attended for a financial event and casino night. The wait staff was all helpful and courteous, my only negative is the mahi mahi and chicken were both slightly overcooked but typical problem with large food service

The Conrad is one of (if not the most) the best hotels in downtown Indy. It's centrally located and beautiful. They have a large event space, lobby, and restaurant for the public. If you're a guest, the rooms are spacious, nice, and they even offer a pillow menu! In the mornings, there's quality coffee for all guests in the lobby.

Haven t stayed here in over 5 years. Has really gone down hill. Booked a Collection Suite for $700/night. When we arrived the built in mini fridge wasn t working. We went to eat at The Capital Grill (Was Great!) and returned to a refrigerator sitting in the room by the couch - a real detraction to the modern decor of suite we were in. Went to turn on lights and 2 of them in main room didn t work. Took a shower, no robes in the room. Wife wanted to order some room service. No menu or binders containing hotel info in room. No snacks or snack bar like they have in the other rooms. Only standard TV - no movie services available in room. (Appearantly they added these rooms a year ago or so - but after decorating, no one bothered to supply the standard room amenities that are in the other hotel rooms at this property.) After 30 minutes of waiting for a robe and menu, they arrived. Ordered room service at 9:27 PM. After placing order was told it would be a 60 minute wait. Waited for 70 minutes, called and they said it was on the way. Arrived 20 minutes later - 90 minute wait time for coffee, soup and a well done burger (ordered med rare) and soggy fries. Asked the server if they only had one cook on staff and he confirmed. Said they were understaffed in room service. Really? On a Friday night? Valentine s Day? 5 star hotel? Don t think so. We frequent The Langham in Chicago, The Wynn in LV and The Acqualina in Miami. THOSE are 5 Star Hotels. Not this place. Manager is obviously in over his/her head. Save your money and take a trip to Chicago. Treat yourself to The Langham. You ll be glad you did.

Beautiful property and decor, however needs more common areas in my opinion, only a formal lobby handy. Love the Tastings on property and will be back for that. Fyi-Morning newspapers are offered at concierge stand in mornings. Spa is offered at hotel. Only breakfast is at Capital grille, pricy so had Panera Bread across the street. Conrad offers room bars and no Club level, $$$. Rooms have both shower and tub which was nice. Too stiff, will go JW in future, just a preference thing. Large with many options or small here at Conrad. Fitness was as good as expected. Great location.

What a beautiful hotel, marred by an unexpected gap in customer service. We were thrilled to be part of a beautiful wedding over the New Year's holiday, Stephanie with the Conrad excelled at every level. However the valet services, and subsequent discussion with management about said services have left us with a great sense of disappointment with the Conrad in general. As the appointed driver of our wedding party, I was charged with driving our group about Indianapolis for photos, as the Valet service positioned our vehicle, they did so by nosing it to a pylon of the cultural trail. As the let us out to our vehicle no note of said pylon was mentioned, as we pulled away, the pylon, under the view of the hood of our vehicle caused significant damage. We were dismissed by the valet service when we addressed it, given the circumstances of the occasion, we had obviously no time to stay and further discuss. When I further called Conrad management about the situation, they noted it had happened before and dismissed me cordially with no offer to remedy the situation, and promised a return call to follow up which never came. I generally hate to write a negative review, as I am in the customer service world as well, it greatly pains me to actually. But this was significant damage, that really should have been addressed by the Conrad. I wish further guests a similarly enjoyable stay, and I hope their experience is not marred as well by a further error in judgment.

Great experience. Exquisite lobby and common areas. Our superior room on the top floor had excellent views of the city. Amazing bedding. Lavish bathrooms. Right in the heart of the city so walking distance to everything. Amazing stay!
