Great Service! Good Value! Club Lounge is The Best!

Dated rooms and facilities 5 star hotel with outstanding and professional staffs. Restaurants can be very full during long bank holidays. Great view in The executive lounge at 59th.
Stay and experience was good so far despite with some hiccups but they handled the recovery it very well.

Staycation package includes set dinner for two at Brasserie on the Eighth- food was a lot better than I expected considering it is part of a package!

Staff we encountered were all very friendly.

slow customer services ! so long before I heard a reply! the activities all fake!!! the swimming pool and a lot of things are only available for very very limited number of people and it's just like faking people because at first the people said can have a lot of sessions means there must be a possible chance to get different activities.
I would say it is very bad. we check in very early and book very early, what happe.s at all!
so all the money spend is for nothing

A truly wonderful, unforgettable experience. Excellent services throughout my stay. Room was very spacious and well-maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent choices for breakfast. Staff did an amazing jobs. Executive lounge provides a spectacular view of the harbor. Elite members are highly recognized. Truly exceeded my expectations!

Nothing is interesting at this hotel. Staffs are nice n friendly. Lunch buffet was so great years ago but not much choice n so lousy this time. Breakfast is better.

Overall experience was great. The guest room was signed on a high floor with upgrade to a nice suite that the living room is facing the harbour view which is amazing. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff service was very outstanding as all staff are very friendly and helpful with warm smile. The dinner buffet at Garden Cafe was very delicious with very good service. We had a very memorable and enjoyable stay for my birthday celebration as the hotel has also provides a nice birthday amenities during our stay. I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again.

Very friendly staff at the front desk and efficient check-in( Mr Chu and Gordon and 2 other ladies on duty). The room was clean and very comfortable with spectacular views.Very polite and welcoming staff at the gym and pool too! Executive lounge served great food and drink. We had a wonderful time and a great Easter weekend!

Very nice, polite and helpful hotel staff, though the dishes of lunch and breakfast buffet are not so many expected, but they are delicious. In short, a pleasant staycation, worth visiting again
