slow customer services ! so long before I heard a reply! the activities all fake!!! the swimming pool and a lot of things are only available for very very limited number of people and it's just like faking people because at first the people said can have a lot of sessions means there must be a possible chance to get different activities.
I would say it is very bad. we check in very early and book very early, what happe.s at all!
so all the money spend is for nothing
