What I don't like about this company is I make sure that I clock in and out right. But then a couple days later my manager says I'm not logged in in the morning through ADP and in and out correctly for lunch. The management claims that the ADP is working fine, but if that's true, how is it that it always messes up my time but nobody else has a problem with it. If something like this happens why does it take a couple days to let me know and not right away? Not cool managers not cool

BEWARE: Employee s are constantly complaining about working here and not getting paid there bonuses or being treated fairly. I personally tried to disregard employees negativity. Originally I was expecting the job to be seasonal after there typical selling season they asked me to stay on. I agreed to stay but told them eventually I would go back to work over the summer and wouldn t be able to stay. When it came time for me two give them notice it just so happened I received a write up from the company the week prior. For some reason they took it that I was offended for being disciplined (for checking the news). I felt I was just being considerate, giving them time to find a replacement. Shortly after the senior management decided to just have that be my last day. There are many good people at this company however it is clear by the many current disgruntled employees that the culture is suffering. If you are considering working here I would highly recommend looking around for another company. One that respects employees and cares about having a positive culture. Maybe senior management would consider Arbinger Institute corporate training or something comparable to help improve the culture.

Awful place to work for. They are so unorganized it is ridiculous. The QA department supervisor was awful and unprofessional as well as the QA manager. They offer very little time for training (few days), no employee evaluations or productivity reviews before they let you go. My team had 7 people fired in just a few months.
Unfortunately, for CXP clients they told us to not focus on Accuracy but productivity. They didn t care if they were audited correctly, just quickly.

I would highly recommend anyone look for employment elsewhere. The head of Human Resources and Recruiting s attitude towards the entire workforce is indicative of a diseased company culture. To quote the head of HR almost directly when informed that some workers would like some clarification on the attendance policy, There are plenty of jobs along the Wasatch Front, if they don t like it here, they can find somewhere else to work. Add to that, a complete lack of leadership and vision from the top down. For example, give the website a look and try to figure out what the company does. Give the company a pass and work anywhere else you can.

Horrible place to work awful management highly disappointed, extremely disorganized, pay is too little to be this stressful. Would not recommend my biggest enemy to work for this company. Save yourselves!! Training claims to be 2 weeks long but goes on for weeks due to there extreme disorganization. Tech is hard to contact and the remote equipment that is sent is old broken and hard to work with. If you work here have it be a temporary don t consider a career with connexion point.

Not a great place to work. I understand it was new for everyone to organize training and work remote, but then to be very uptight about calls and call after one's work hours is unnecessary. The job purpose is a good one, but did not like being apart of it. From the moment I was interviewed until my last day, it was very disorganized and stressful.
