This company has potential but they are not equipped for success. Very good employees that could be legendary if they were provided with the training and tools that they needed. I also feel that the policys and promises that the employees are required to push on clients are unrealistic and vauge. If the connect group had better leadership it would be a better company but until then it will be the mediocre company that it is. This is only my opinion.
I've used Connect for several years and through several phone systems. I have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Our company switched to IP about a year ago. I have been very pleased with the service at Connect Group - Always prompt, always good. Would definitely recommend them.

I've recently tried contacting the connect group on three occasions regarding reliability issues of their phone system. Each time a tech has given me an empty promise that somebody would call me back. I'm on three weeks without a return call, the system is very glitchy, its not just an issue when the internet is down, this carrier cannot connect to verizon at times, or even some local land lines. I wish I knew if this could be improved, but nobody seems to care enough to call me back. When your family business of 34yrs cannot be reached because you went with "The Connect Groups" lousy phone system - you get mad enough to write a 1 star review. I hate to smear a business, but these people clearly don't care about mine - beware!
