Came to get loaded was told to call my dispatcher to reschedule they couldn't get to me so now iam stuck not American textile fault my company at fault should've call them to change my appt before i got here on a side note papa John's does deliver
I started working here I already have experience on forklift, shipping clerk,qc, and machine operator but they don t want a give me chance so I am still sewing right now very poor management right now very disappointed
Just picked up a load from here got loaded 6 hours before my appt time fast and friendly service wish every shipper was as smooth as this place

I bought 2 bed covers from Walmart (Canada) a few months ago, but unfortunately had some issue with them. I went to Walmart for getting replacement but was of not use as I bought the covers about 5 months ago.
I contacted the Aller-Ease via email. Sharon (CSR) helped me and after doing the due diligence, sent me replacement of 2 BRAND NEW COVERS at my address.

The loaded is very lite
WANING be on time with your appointment if you late more than 15 min you will not get the load that day. In this city you will go thru a thousand traffic light with the low speed limit from 25-45. (Mostly 25) give yourself extra time for your trips.
I come here 1 hrs early before my appointment and get in the dock took less than hrs

My dispatcher told me I had an open appointment. Arrived at 1:00 pm signed in was asked to wait for a dock . Around 1:30 -1:45 young man told me to go to dock#10 and @ 2:50 got the green light , signed paperwork and rolling out of there.
I read the negative reviews about the employees and etc.. I will give a shout out to all that I came in contact with they were very professional and courteous.
