Very poor service in the emergency room was there several times my father my father and my mother have died in this emergency room due to poor care also you can't get a hold of anybody and scheduling to schedule imaging which I think is ridiculous and then calling and trying to make appointment you don't even get to talk to your doctor's office bored when I asked them to transfer me to the scheduling department they transfer me twice today and the last 30 minutes the sum off the Wall number and it just goes to an answering machine personally I think this is ridiculous considering that they're losing thousands of dollars for an MRI a mammogram and an ultrasound to be done on the same day what kind of business is this

This hospital use to be a great hospital but now you get charges on thing that was done in doctors office that charged as in hospital procedure that wasn't done in hospital I would not recommend them I'd drive elsewhere .

One of the worst hospitals I've ever been too. The staff think they are above the people. They don't care to give good instructions or help notify family members.

You will get additional charges later for hundreds of dollars for them doing almost nothing.

If you truly care for your loved ones please don t bring them to this establishment. Not even worth the one star review that google requires me to give

I CANNOT get anyone to answer the phone in scheduling. I have called and called, left a message, etc. I am trying to get an imaging procedure scheduled. I have been trying for at least a week. Finally, someone called to set it up. He gave me his private number in case I needed to contact him. Well, he won t even answer that today! I had not been told if I need a driver after my procedure and I was trying to find out.

I was told by him that I needed to pick up films from my local hospital. I was told that they had already contacted my local hospital and I just needed to go sign for them and pick them up. When I went to pick them up today, my local hospital said they had only my name and didn t know which films I needed. They had tried to call Connelly but no one answered. They even left a message but never heard back from Connelly. My local hospital said they also can never get Connelly to answer.

This is ridiculous and scary. I now am worried about what kind of care I will get with my upcoming procedure and am thinking of going elsewhere. You are going to continue to lose business with service like this.

I went Saturday morning with fever,cough,aches,congestion ect. Rapid covid test came back negative in the ER. The doctor was really friendly and informative but I didn t get any medicine for fever or aches and nobody even listened to my lung sounds. It s now Monday and I feel more congested and feel like I wheeze when I breathe. I use the VA and can t just go to the ER whenever and no urgent care places have appointments so now I m sitting here wondering what to do? If I go back ER VA may not pay for it and can t find a urgent care. I have anxiety and really wish they would have listened to my lung sounds at least.

I called just to get a price on how much it would be to get stitches removed and I was on hold for 15 minutes and when they finally came back they still couldn't give me a price and tell me that they would recommend me going somewhere else I know whenever I said I was just trying to get a price check they continue to try and look but for some reason couldn't pull up any information on prices

Absolutely would recommend going to this facility and want to Thank everyone for being so nice..I had to go in on Monday to get stitches on my right ankle..The staff and nurses were so kind to me..I was seen by Dr.Bryan Dunn who treated me..very nice gentleman..I was wheeled in with a wheelchair and they wheeled me out..nurses made sure I was safely in vehicle as I was in so much discomfort from my ankle..I'm recovering now I go back next week to have stitches removed..Again I would like to Thank Everyone for being so kind to me..Great Job..

I'm absolutely impressed with Connally Memorial Emergency Room Staff. They all were very polite and very attentive to my Mom. I have to give 10 stars if I could I would, to all that took care of my mom, especially to the Charge Nurse, Mr. David Wallack, RN. He cares about people and loves what he does and it shows!

Mr. Wallack you are an excellent Nurse Sir. Wish there were more like you!!! Thank you Mr. David Wallack!
