We recently replaced our phone system using CIT's recommended 3CX platform. Fortunately for us, this happened just before COVID-19 restrictions came into play. Unless we had installed the system across the business when we did, we would be telling a very different story about how we have been able to operate 'Business as normal' with remote and rotational workers. The platform is straightforward and easy to use, allows use of app based calling from a laptop or PC, calls to mobiles simultaneously and of course video calling. The video calling functionality has allowed us to stay in face to face contact with our other offices and our clients without the need to install any additional apps; This has been more stable than other video conferencing facilities on the market which have struggled to meet the current demand. Overall very happy with the system, it's easy to use and considerably cheaper than running multiple systems at our other offices.

Great Company, been using for 10 years now and are very good at looking after all aspects of our IT systems and telecommunications. Would definitely recommend as a one stop shop for all your IT needs.
