We needed one conveyor for a saw that we had and found Conesco had a zillion of them in Flagstaff. Dewey arranged it quickly and confirmed it was what we wanted and we took the 2 hour drive to pick it up and it was ready for us, the transaction took 5 minutes. The conveyor was much better than the original ones on the saw, a great value and we were treated like we were buying a hundred of them by Ionesco, just for our little old one conveyor. Good company.

I have been working with Brian Fischer for years now and I am growing retail business with warehouse needs and I have turned to Brian every time I need more shelving from heavy duty outdoor shelving to indoor. He always has what I need and is super easy to work with. Just recently I called for a some additional shelving and I sent Brian some photos of what we were doing and his recommendations changed everything for us. so he is not only good at getting us the shelving but also is very knowlegeable. I want to say I was referred to him by one of my vendors DBC out of Denver. Never been happier. BY the way ask Brian for warehouse rolling ladders.......I have 6 warehouse ladders now that are used and work great. thanks Brian for your hard work.

I called Conesco yesterday at 8:30 AM and was sent to our regular salesperson voicemail . As of this morning I called back and asked again for our regular salesperson. Once again I was sent to his voice mail. I called back and told the receptionist if there was another salesperson that I could speak with? She connected me with Gavin. What a fantastic job this gentlemen did. I told Gavin what I needed for racking and he told me that he would return my call within thirty minutes. After fifteen minutes he called me back and told me they could get the items within a few weeks. I told him that I needed to pick it up tomorrow and he said that we would see what he could do. Within thirty minutes he called me back and they could have it ready in time with a rush fee. I was able to order today and pickup next day with no problems. Thank you Gavin for the great customer service, for calling me back when you said you would and the willingness to have my order ready the next day. I've dealt with Conesco on several occasions, outfitting three warehouses with various types of pallet rack. My experience from quote to installation has been good. Any issues that have arisen due to shortages or incorrect items have been taken care of. I have not ever felt like me or my company has been taken advantage of. On a more recent transaction they even worked with me on invoicing so that I could make a payment in a different quarter even after the stock was delivered in a previous quarter. I will continue to do business with them.

It was a real pleasure working with Conesco on my storage project. I wasn't exactly sure as to what I needed but after talking with their staff they laid out a plan that was both efficient for my needs as well as cost friendly. I would highly recommend them.
