Took my g'daughter to a drive in movie, we had a lovely time. Just the right amount of vehicles, spaced out appropriately. The evening weather was great. Food svc was okay time wise butttt the nachos were very stale and cold, the pickle looked like someone cut off the end and the popcorn was cold and needed more buttered oil. Used a $20 voucher and spent another $19 for the items I mentioned inclusive of 3 bottled sodas. Aside from the snacks, all was good. I'd still go back but probably with snacks in my purse

Really neat venue but the merch set up just inside the front door with long lines made it hard for people to get in. Reasonable prices on food and drinks, decent parking nearby, great concert!
I've been to the concrete amphitheater twice and the venue is pretty cool. There's usually confusion around getting inside, because the lines aren't distinguished but once inside there plenty of space and it's clean.
love it! such a unique place to see concerts! We sat in the VIP area and the girls working there were very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience
This is a cool little venue. Staff was very good at maintaining the crowd upon entry. I never used the restrooms but I heard from some locals and regulars that they arent good at all and to just go to the stripes or bar down the street before the show. Security may have some weird priorities. My story is i was in VIP basically just up on the rails infront od the stage and security was right in front of me. Then two girls obviously around the age of 15 or 16 started asking around for lighters. The girls mom had left the show after the meet and greet with the band. Anyways the girls poked me and asked and I didnt have one. You can smoke in the crowd theres no enforcement on stopping it since it's an outside venue. But these girls got a lighter and pulled a half smoked blunt started to smoke it the security was 3 feet infront and started smiling winking at these girls. Then two guys came up and started blowing cigarette smoke over the girls to hide it. Security just smiled and nodded at these guys like they were heroes.. not saying I'm against the use of this stuff. But it was irritating to see what kind of people are supposed to enforce rules around here. Anyways I'd still go back that doesnt ruin anything for me just the security is all. Post note the girls left before the headlining band went on.
Concrete Street is a great place to have an awesome time enjoying your favorite bands. The small stage offers a close encounter with the artists as they perform and the big stage gives an intense and amazing experience when the artists are up they're playing! It's a great time with food and drinks to go around!
It was my first time ever there, n i had an awesome time with daughter Paris. Billy Currington was performing, the standing part sucked but other than that it was great. U dont realize how tired from standing u are while ur having fun LOL.. The staff there were friendly.
Great venue. Sound was good. My view most the night was the back of a very tall man, but that's not the venue' s fault. Security was very attentive, even helped me get out of the crowd when it got to be too much for me.
The event was quite a rip off. The evening was filled with thunderstorms and scattered showers. It began early in the day and continued beyond the concert. It was no surprise as it was forecast by the national and local weather service. Rather than the promoters canceling the show (as it was on outside open air event) and issuing refunds, they chose to have the bands play in the inclimate weather. Foghat played three songs and Steppenwolf played five. 50% or more of the ticket holders were no shows. Those of us who stayed sat in the rain. And yes it rained and poured off and on for the ENTIRE HOUR & HALF that the TWO bands played.
I understand Ticketmaster has no responsibility for this as the event ticket agency. However the promoters and owners of Concrete Street should have offered some type of compensation, possibly tickets to a future event for the shortened performance.
The bands were good for a three and five song performance. At 55.00 per ticket, we certainly did not receive our money s worth from the promoter or owners of Concrete Street.
I can honestly say as a result of our experience, as I was with my son, brother, nephew and friend we all agree that we may not attend venues here in the future.
Are you %%%%%%% kidding me. You could of canceled your show the day before and it wouldn't of been a big deal. Now you let people drive from all over the state get hotels then tell them its cancelled at the gate.
What I enjoy about it is free parking depending where you park at, I've get along with the staff, tax free on advertisements except they don't take credit or debit cards, it's an outdoor environment, and my favorite reason for going is mosh pitting but no body surfing for me leave that for the women only because I do not want to get thrown on the concrete floor and/or pickpocket but the only thing I dislike is once you're in you're in because if you leave it's less likely they'll let you back in but other than that I really enjoying their.
Nice venue just be ready to stand up for awhile. Not that great of a liquor selection. Zero tolerance for non sense lots of cops on the premise which is good.
Too hot! Minimal seating for general audience. No paper towels in bathroom. No napkins with drinks which are overpriced. Tbe bands were goid but the venue sucks big ones unless you buy VIP tickets.
Awesome place to see a band. Plenty of places to walk around, stretch your legs, grab a beer and hear some great music. The breeze coming off the bay feels so nice. Great ampitheater w a natural look and feel to it. Easy to see the band from multiple locations. We love coming here. Highly recommend you visit.
love this venue..lots of space to roam...plenty of womens bathrooms, so no waitin in line...table area...grassy area...not a bad view in the house!! great drinks and plenty of ice cold beer...remember to tip your bartenders!!
This is the one place to see a big concert outdoors in Corpus Christi TX. It's always a good time here. I love a good country show here, but they do need to bring more metals shows back again.
My favorite venue to watch bands that choose to perform here! The atmosphere is great and the staff is always so friendly. I will always come if there's a band or event that makes their way here. Like any other concert, show up early to get a great spot!
