Although it comes under central government. But the infrastructure and working is all so professional that it seems to be like a private company. Parking facility, walking distance from metro station, cooperative staff. But they are hell bsy. Meetings after meetings are scheduled. Colleague or other office partners keep on visiting, attending meetings and so on. If you visit there even just a work of 30 mins then also your entire day can be consumed..
