They did a great job of converting our old VHS into DVD's. They will even sell you a Groupon to save $55. Nancy was very nice to deal with.

I transferred only 2 VHS tapes. The lady there was very friendly. She took my order and had them ready when promised. The copies to DVD were awesome. I will use them again. The process was cheaper than advertised!!

Nancy went above and beyond for me. Excellent place for transfer tapes to dvd. I drove an hour to get there it was well worth it.

I purchased $200.00 worth of Groupons for this company to transfer old VHS tapes to DVD. The owner said that she would accomodate me and agreed to transfer all of my VHS tapes for this price after I had explained that I would return the Groupons if my tapes would cost more than this $200 Groupon value. They proceeded to charge me $70.00 extra after the fact, completely negating the value in purchasing a Groupon deal in the first place. On top of this, they had originally called me and said that my videos were ready to be picked up and that they had completed the job. Upon arrival, they then said they were not actually finished and would have to call when the remaining videos were completed. I was forced to drive back and forth on multiple occasions as a result.

There is a clear lack of organization and communication within this company. I would avoid at all costs. Definitely do not purchase a Groupon, which seemed to be used as a bait and switch tactic to get me in the door and charge overages when the videos "took longer than they expected them to." As this process can be relatively easily done at home with today's technology, I would try that or a different company if you have a similar task as me.

Took in 21 VHS-C tapes at one time to be converted to DVD's and they allowed me to use two Groupon Coupons. They are all very friendly and worked with me on the time frame of when I was hoping to get them back. The DVD's turned out great and I was very happy with them. Would highly recommend!!!

I spent well over an hour researching different VHS conversion companies. I ended up going with Concept One to convert approximately 90 VHS tapes to a digital format. I could not be happier! Nancy did a fantastic job converting each tape. She labeled each digital file with a brief description and ensured each tape converted at a high quality. A few of my tapes were troublesome, and Nancy actually experimented with different machines and equipment until those troublesome tapes converted at a high quality. I am so happy I went with Concept One. If you want your family treasures converted the right way by a reputable company, go to Concept One and ask for Nancy!

I had some old video of my Grandpa and late father in law that I brought in for conversion. I was very nervous because this is the last I have of my loved ones but they took excellent care of my videos and labeled every video for me. Would definitely recommend.
