I have been using Concept Electronics for my Time Attendance program for 10+ years. Started with the old fashioned punch card systems to now a fully integrated bio-metric time clock system. Tracking time for our busy Surgery Center is now better managed. The Team at Concept Electronics has always gone above and beyond with every request I have made. I am reporting this company to BBB. They sell junk used phones, then lie to you. The phone is also could be stolen. They sold us a locked and possibly stolen phone.The so called supervisor refused to give me her name , then got snippy and said it was , Jane. Right off the bat the way she spoke to me said all I needed to know. Horrible company with horrible employees.
update Found out Jane is actually a woman named Paris. Unfortunately, Paris doesn t seem to care about her job and she denied selling us a bad cellphone. Maybe Paris, shouldn t have a job anymore. These people need to be investigated by authorities.

Worst company ive ever seen! Super unprofessional. Brittany has to be one of the rudest individuals I ve ever had to deal with. Very unorganized. Have done business with two of their technicians. Bud and Adrian. Bud seems very knowledgeable but doesn t explain things very well and takes a extremely long time to correct issues and Adrian is extremely rude and unprofessional! Glenn does not seem to hold himself or any others accountable in the company nor does he seem to care much about his customers. I find myself kind of in amazement that this company is still around or that anyone would want to do business with them. Personally I would advise anyone looking for professional quality work to stay far away from this company as possible. Don t waste your money!
Steer Clear. Glenn is very unprofessional & dishonest. Charged me for services that were never agreed upon and claimed work that was never done. I suggest looking elsewhere for your fire alarm needs.
