They fixed and reinstalled all of my soft wear back on to my laptop I give them 5 stars for there good work

These guys are wicked smart AND have an awesome model of business - being super upfront and fair to the everyday Darn my do-hickey broke kinda people.

I needed to upgrade for my small business. I sent them an email and received a response within an hour. I explained what I needed and received a quote within minutes. They came out and installed the new computer at my convenience. While there they suggested I call my cable company to get faster internet. I did and saved $35 a month. Computer Medix was amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Sam retrieved everything from my old phone to my new one. Reasonable and user friendly!!

I called on a Saturday with an urgent issue, they did not call back until Thursday.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.... I dropped off my computer for installing a firewall and was told that it would be ready in 48 hours. 4 days later I called and left messages . 2 weeks of me leaving messages and not one response, I finally saw a vehicle outside and the Carpenter let me in to Justin coming out of office shocked and told me it wasn't ready and he'll call me. I said I wasn't leaving without it. Finally half hour later he came out with my laptop not fixed. I will never
Trust this outfit again and if you value your computer then go somewhere else...

Up until the last 3 weeks was very impressed with them following up-and-doing my computer work

Christian and Justin are extremely capable computer service men with great temperament and are able to deal with customer inadequacies. They have always been respectful of me and my situation even when I am desperate.They are very dependable and I have always been very happy with my charges from them. I love the remote service but they also have site service available when necessary. Scheduling is always honest and therefore on time. It is very reassuring knowing there is some out there that I can always depend on now that my life revolves around this darn confuser!!! ...I mean Computer.
