Excellent customer service!! way cheaper prices! :)

This is the WORST company. I ordered an expensive handbag and it was delivered damaged. It was wrapped in tissue paper but taped to leather in multiple places. It had glue stains all over the front. I notified them immediately and sent it back. They would not refund my full amount. 2 disputes filed and still no response. BUYER BEWARE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

1/10 if I could. Best scalpers I've ever seen when it comes to price gouging products both in store and on Amazon. Horrible price gouging shows their business intent and lack of regards to customer satisfaction. Anything goes as long as they get their money, doesn't matter how badly they rip you off.

The worst company ever...this company sells non authentic china made knock offs that they stuff in bags that are to small to accomidate product causing damage...they never offer exchange or refunds ..customer service is a absolute joke and to a point very disrespectfull..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES , THEY WILL BURN YOU.

I just got this item ready to wrap for Christmas- they obviously sold me a used item! First there was a stain on the box, then the flasks had mismatched lids on them, then a glob of goop on one, water stains on bottle, then to top it off, the inside of one of them had what looked like staining from some liquid sitting in it too long- like a mark where it had some liquid at that level for so long it couldn t be washed off! But it was something besides water! Seriously you re going to sell that as a new item!

I called to buy a video card, they said: i will send you the prices, and they never send it. I contacted again thru the website (contact us message), no answer. I called for a second time, I spoke with one in the company and they said to call me back. I'm still waiting... BAD service, not RECOMMENDED.!

This company is the best of the best, i bought all my PC equipment there, they have very nice employees and customer service.

Very frustrating. They did not pay for shipping and handling, even though when I bought it it had free shipping/handling through Amazon and now are charging a re-stocking fees. The hard drive I bought form them crashed my computer several times. Therefore the item had to be returned and I expected a full refund. Instead they shorted me over $13, plus made me pay for shipping/handling.
